My apologies if this is posted elsewhere, but I can't seem to find it...

What time are the Downtown Disney shops usually open until? Are they open late enough that you could head over after the parks and not feel rushed while browsing?

The hours at DTD are the same the year-round.

DOWNTOWN DISNEY Marketplace
Shops open 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday
Shops open 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friday - Saturday
Restaurants open daily 9 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

DOWNTOWN DISNEY West Side
Shops open 10:30 a.m. - 11 p.m. - Sunday - Thursday
Shops open 10:30 a.m. - Midnight - Friday - Saturday
Restaurants open daily from 11 a.m. - Midnight

DisneyQuest (These hours may be somewhat shorter than stated.)
11:30 a.m. - 11 p.m. - Sunday - Thursday
11:30 a.m. - Midnight - Friday & Saturday

Cirque Du Soleil Theater
Shows at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday
