Downtown Disney Hours

Can anyone tell me what kind of hours the stores at downtown disney are open for? Do they close with the parks, or are they open a bit later.

I don't know when they open, but I'm pretty sure the shops close sometime around 1AM, at least during my experience during summer season.

last time I was there it didnt open till 10, but that was a few years ago
