Downtown Disney hotels for 5

What is the best hotel for a group of 5 in Downtown Disney? We will only be staying 1 night after our Magic cruise. I'm looking at the Courtyard Marriot. We will be 4 over 18 and one 15 year old. The site says no more than four adults in a room would our 15 year old be a child or adult? Thanks for the help!
