Hello! We LOVE to go to Paradiso 37 at Pleasure Island. We have been there before I was GF and after I was GF. Both times I would recommend this restaurant

I actually didn't know they had a GF menu. We walked up to the hostess and asked if they had any GF options and she said yes and asked us to wait a minute. She brought back the manager, Thiago, and he whipped out the menu and brifley said what they could do, which was a lot. He personally seated us and said that the chef would be out to talk to me.
The sous chef came out, Chef Raymond, and went through every single thing that I could and could not have. I got the chicken and cheese quesadilla with fresh guacamole (which is not spicy/hot at all, I don't do that) that the chef personally made me

Chef Raymond also made me chips that I could have! Their chips are GF, but he was worried that the oil may have had some cross contamination, so he went into a separate room and made me chips in a small sauce pan.
Needless to say I felt like a princess

If you have ANY food allergy go to this place! They will do everything to make sure your meal is allergy-free AND yummy!
I would suggest calling or e-mailing them ahead of time to let them know that you are coming and you have a food allergy. This may have changed but the manager and Chef Raymond gave my their cards, so here is their information:
