Downtown Disney from the Hyatt MCO???

How would you suggest getting to Downtown Disney if we stay at the Hyatt MCO the night before our cruise? Do we HAVE to rent a car? The Hyatt Stay certificate is $135. If I add on car rental, I may very well hit the $200 mark. If that's the case, we may as well stay at Pop Century overnight and use Magical Express and Disney Transportation. That would run about $169 total during a peak weekend. What are your thoughts??

Okay...I found the previous post of mine that someone gave a suggestion about the Lynx bus system. $2 per person one way. The last time I looked a couple of days ago, no one had responded. This would work for me!
