Downtown disney check-in

Having received our tickets etc from Virgin last week we have noticed that there is no voucher for the check in at downtown disney. Are we missing this or do we not need the voucher now?

We had a voucher with our tickets.

We had a voucher as well and they were collecting them at check-in so I would give Virgin a call if I were you.

Just in case, what class of ticket do you have, for example Upper class doesnt require a DTD ticket, its automatic.

We got a voucher with our tickets also - however, we were given another by the Virgin Holidays rep when we arrived in Orlando so it may be that you can pick one up there.

Where did you see your Virgin rep? I would rather a voucher be issued with the documents so you don't have to go looking for a rep or attend those meetings that nobody like going to!!!

We have been in contact with virgin and they will now be sending out a checkin voucher.
