do Disney gift cards work at all stores in DTD and in all the parks?

I haven't asked at every store in DTD, but I do know that all of the Disney-owned shops (e.g., World of Disney) accept Disney gift cards. Likewise, every location I've tried at the parks accept gift cards (as long as they are not a cash only location).
