Downt Town Disney Restaurants Crowded??

How are Down Town Disney restaurants for lunch (in Oct.)? We had dinner at DTD once in May and the wait was L-O-N-G...neither my cildren or myself do well waiting, especially when hungry. I was wondering if we might have better luck at lunch time.

Anyone know...I'm thinking maybe Wolfgang Puck's or Wolfgang Puck's Express. Would they be really crowded for lunch or pretty manageable?

The only one that's really crowded (at least visibly) is Rainforest.
We have had lunch at Fultons and Wolfgang Express....no wait.
