Downloading digital pictures...question

HI,

We have downloaded pictures previously off our (relatively)new digital camera. Last night DH tried to download the latest off the card and for some reason it would not let him. He thought he would take it down to Ritz camera later, but I thought I would ask here first. Any ideas????

I should add, he can view the pictures on our computer, but it just won't let him copy them, so that we can send them away to be printed.

We have the Kodak C340. He takes the card out and attaches it to some adaptor that then goes into our laptop (sorry, I am not computer savvy at all, and he's still in bed so I can't ask him!)

But he's never had trouble before, we've downloaded a lot of pictures in the last 8 months or so.

My camera allows me to "protect" photo's on the card from accidental deletion, it's possible that yours might have some sort of "copy protect" set on them.
