Okay, we just decided to cancel our 10 days at Pop with DDP in favor of 3 days at Pop with DDP and then 7 days at a timeshare. SO I have to cancel most of our ADR's, as we won't be doing any table service meals unless it's on the dining plan. Unfortunately, Epcot was the place I was most looking forward to dining, and we won't be at Epcot the days we're on the dining plan.

Our original TS plans were Crystal Palace, Boma, Sci Fi, 50's Prime Time, Wolfgang Puck, San Angel Inn, Le Cellier, Whispering Canyon, Captain Jacks, and Coral Reef. The new 3 day plans are, so far, Crystal Palace, Boma, and Sci Fi. We'll be spending the first three days at MK, AK, and MGM. Should I change these, maybe book some resort or DTD dinners instead? I'm so confused! Or would Crystal Palace, Boma, and Sci Fi be a good selection of TS as is? For the remainder of the week we'll just be doing inexpensive CS for lunch and eating dinner at the timeshare.

I think those are 3 good table service spots to try. One is a character meal, one is a great buffet in an amazing hotel that is worth checking out, and one is the coolest restaurant atmosphere-wise at WDW.

Personally, I'd stick with those and enjoy your trip! =)

Will you be using a park hopper ticket? If so, you might still be able to do dinner at Epcot - one or even two of those nights. For instance, the day that you do AK, you'll have plenty of time to get from AK to Epcot for a dinner reservation. And if they are having evening EMH at Epcot one of the other two nights, you could leave MK or MGM - even at closing time and still make Epcot in time for a late dinner, as many of the WS restaurants stay open later for EMH.

I speak from experience as we did this on our recent trip to the world.

I'd do Coral Reef on the day you do AK (we had a 7:30 res and got out in time to watch Illuminations), Boma after MGM and maybe LeCellier after MK - or if you don't want to go all the way to Epcot, you could try O'hana - you can leave early and watch Wishes from the restaurant.

I'm curious to hear what you decided????

I actually haven't yet! We're sticking with Crystal Palace and Boma, but dh thinks he's not going to want to fuss with going to Epcot on our first night to make it to Le Cellier. Downtown Disney might be a little less hassle, so perhaps we'll do Wolfgang Pucks or another DTD restaurant. I'm SO confused!

We had Crystal Palace for lunch one day and it was good. I liked it better than Chef Mickey's. I soooo wanted to do Wolfgang Pucks this trip, but we never made it to Downtown Disney. If you do it, please let us know how it was. :)

We always do the dining plan & for our last trip, I was considering Sci-Fi for one of our TS meals. (We ended up not dining there).

I asked here on the DIS about Sci-Fi & was told by several people that the SCi-Fi is a good place to go for dessert, but that I should not use up TS credits for it. Just thought I'd let you know.
