Down to 3 hotels. Need help!

Ok Here are the 3 hotels I'm currently considering for our October trip. What I need help with is:

A) Time it takes to walk to Disneyland
B) Are the beds comfortable?
and any other feedback you could give.

!) Holiday Inn Express and Suites
2) Desert Palms Hotel
3) Double Tree Suites

Any info would be great!

Hyatt House Anaheim. 10-15 min walk, great rooms, nice breakfast. Walgreens downstairs.

*edit* Didn't read your post fully before responding On that list we like Holiday Inn the best.

I agree- from that list the Holiday Inn Express would be the clear winner for me.
