Down Syndrome Disney

Hey y'all! My family and I will be taking a trip to WDW this June, my younger cousin is 15 and has Down Syndrome. We would love to have matching Disney Down Syndrome shirts to wear one day to support him but haven't been able to find anything yet. Please help! I'm open to most any designs at this point because I'm totally clueless. Thanks in advance!!
