Down payment for add on........

What percentage do I need for a down payment to do an add on. I own at SSR and want to add on at BWV..... Susan

Ours was 10% to lock it in while the paperwork was being drawn up.

We just added on and did not have to pay any closing cost.

I have another question. When I purchased SSR I could use the cash incentive towards my down payment. Is this still an option? Can I just purchase 100 points at AKV and still get incentive. Susan
