So for the heck of it this morning I tried on my 10's because the 12's need to be held up with a safety pin and....they fit!! They were still a little snug around my hips so I didn't wear them, but I figure by next week....

Congrats! I love going down clothing sizes- I don't always lose pounds as fast as I might like, but when I can wear smaller pants, it doesn't matter what the scale says! I just bought a pair of size 8 jeans... I haven't been a single digit size since i was in junior high! They're a little snug, but I'm just gonna keep working, so they should fit soon!

Great job!!! I love having "aspirational clothing" in my closet to try on. Seeing clothes getting looser is the truest test of progress (to me). It's really hard for me to see the changes in the mirror, but when pants get looser it's indisputable proof that I actually am getting smaller. Just today I picked up some cute summer nightgowns on clearance in a size small (I'm really a medium). Most of it actually fit well enough since it was cut roomy, but one gown is tight. That's the gown I'm going to keep trying on over the next few weeks.
