Doubletree univ. or Buena Vista Suites

Just wanted to see your recommendations, I have checked and rates are almost the same. Any preferences? What the pool like?, cont. breakfast? Nearby resturants? How far are they from the Disney parks? We are not doing Univ. this trip. Thanks for any info!!!

what is the address on Doubletree Univ?

buena vista suites are near WDW.

Corner of Kirkman & Major, they say it's right across from the entrance to Universal.

We stayed at buena viste suites for one night with 6 of us after our cruise , very clean resort, friendly people and nice breakfast buffet. room were big and beds comfy.

are you going for Universal/IOA or WDW?

if WDW buena Vista Suites

if US/IOA then doubletree university. (there is a doubletree closer to WDW)

US/IOA is around 30 minutes to WDW - so that is a long drive for WDW.

Just so you know, if ever you do consider a USO trip in the future, the Doubletree at Universal offers outstanding rates from time to time and is a great place to stay.

Thanks, right now my kids are now big on thrill rides. We thought we might try in a few years.
