Double the Anniversaries, Double the Fun! Jan 2013 PTR | TR HAS STARTED! 2/13

Yay for Disneyland!!!! That's fabulous! I cannot wait to hear about it, I don't know a ton about it, even though I have been there! I went when I was 12 or 13 with my mom and a friend and I don't remember much AT.ALL.

BTW, I got my Vinylmation! He's sitting above my desk, just watching over me. If I get into collecting them, I will not only blame you, but remember that my first was the one I won from your ADR game!! :goodvibes

Okay here I am, finally posting! So sorry I've been MIA, but we have been talking off the Dis and I have been keeping up with the posts! I have been SUCH a lurker the past few months. BUT! I am starting to get super pumped about my August trip and your January trip so here I am, back on the DIS!

Let's go to the zoo if I ever make my dream trip out to Seattle. I am so glad you two survived that sales summit. I was a little worried about y'all having to get up so early!

Okay, the pictures are gorgeous, I was worried about your mental well being for nothing. How could a work event be stressful when you are looking at those views?

Sounds like a successful day with Amy, and I am dying to finish Moneyball. Andy and I rented it a while ago and it started skipping towards the second half of the movie and we never finished it!

I am still so pumped about your Disneyland decision! :cool1: Your new shirt will be perfect to wear there! ;)

You know I love HM and NBC so I am so jealous of you two! Also, IASW will be amazing with the Christmas overlay as well.

Feels so good to type a long reply for you like the old days. :goodvibes

Washington looks so beautiful!
Me and my DH decided that Seattle is the only other U.S. city we'd leave Denver for! If all my friends were there I'd probably like it more than Denver except for the whole no NHL team issue. :rotfl:

So awesome you're going to Disneyland! I want to go so bad.

DANGIT!!! I was so going to guess Be Our Guest but then for some reason I didn't!!! And yeah, did not even notice that clue. You do the UPPERCASE letters at random times (ahem, I do the same thing) so I thought that was one of those times and I was like, "Um, this is a weird clue. Is there a restaurant that doesn't allow four people?" Hahah I was clearly not thinking too hard on that one.

Hahaha, it's okay! Be Our Guest was definitely the toughest one I think! And yes, that was might CLEVER CLUE! I didn't know if anyone would get it!

And sharp knife? I thought that applied to Whispering Canyon! Darn. I didn't even know yall were supposed to go to Teppan Edo last trip! Or I guess I just forgot!

Hahaha, I know. I think I mentioned it in my actual TR that we canceled Teppan Edo and instead did lunch at Via Napoli. That clue was a super tough one because it could apply to anything!

Anyways... congrats to Karen!!! :goodvibes

I could not believe she got them all correct! Seriously impressive! :worship:

And hey, at least I got 7 right. By the way, I really like how you revealed the winner. Very nice! I STILL haven't done that on mine, if you haven't noticed, because I've had so many freaking TIES. Hahahah oh dear. Okay. I'm gonna stop talking now... can't wait to hear the exciting news! :dance3:

Umm heck yes, you did pretty darn well! Haha you did have a lot of ties! I just wish I'd been a part of it but I did not seem to have my thinking cap on when I guessed yours! Wompwomp.

:woohoo: Whooohooo!!!! Me! :woohoo:

Yep! I picked Tepan Edo because you canceled it mid-trip last time and I was hoping all hopes that I was reading between the lines on the GUESTS comment! OMG, I'm so proud of myself! :lmao: Rey was laughing at me b/c I had a scrap paper out and was scribbling away, working out which ADRs you had...

I think I'll go with the troll! :thumbsup2

Haha you did so darn well! I was so impressed! But I love how into you got AND that you guessed them all correctly! I hope Mr. Troll has been kind to you so far! :goodvibes

Congrats, Karen:banana:!

I almost put Teppan Edo, but I have to admit that Be Our Guest never even crossed my mind--I guess it won't be on my radar until it's actually open:confused3. It won't be open in September, so it might as well not exist to me:lmao:!

I WANT TO HEAR NEWS!!

Haha I know, I had a feeling that would be a tough one for everyone! But Karen kicked major booty. I hope we can get reservations. We'll temporarily make one at CP for dinner on our first night, then switch to BoG, assuming it's open (which is should be for our trip!) and that we can get reservations.. I'll be watching it like a hawk though so we should be okay!

This game not only made me hungry but made me want to schedule ADRs for our upcoming trip. My husband is standing firm that we won't be eating any table service since it will be Food and Wine Festival. I guess he has a point but that Tonga Toast looks sooo good!
Can't wait to hear your review and see pics of Be Our Guest!
News?!?!popcorn::

Hahaha oh my gosh, this made me hungry, too! Thinking about all of our delicious meals. Ohhh Disney food just kills me! I think you'll be good though with all that tasty food at F&W! The Tonga Toast I am SO excited for! You could always get it at Captain Cook's at Polynesian for QS!

You are too funny! I love that you made a game out of your ADR's!!! You picked a number of places we would have picked, but as I told you our plans have changed so no dinning plan for us. BOO!! :( We're super foodies so I was a bit upset, but this will force us to explore some more counter service. I always feel like Epcot is our safe place, but do you have any suggestions for any QS places?

Anyway, I can't wait to hear more plans!

Haha, that's just how I roll, I love making things fun! I'm sorry you're not doing ADRs anymore... but that cruise is going to be AMAAAZING! Plus, the QS choices are not bad at all! I'd suggest Sunshine Seasons of course in Epcot, Rose & Crowne supposedly has amazing fish 'n chips, definitely do the Be Our Guest QS for lunch, Columbia Harbor House is really good, the Mexico CS, oh and I've heard good things about the Morocco QS... AND YOU MUST DO Earl of Sandwich in DTD! So many good options!

Checking in :thumbsup2 Hahaha, I just read through your 2012 TR and LOVED IT!!!! I was so sad when I finished reading it! So sad in fact that I followed it up by reading the PTR to kind of relive it! Hahaha, sad but true :lmao:

Anyway, I am looking forward to following this PTR LIVE! DH and I stayed at Beach Club for our wedding and we usually stay at Swan/Dolphin. I LOVE that whole area as well!

Hooray! I am so glad you loved it so much! I was pretty sad when it was over, too, but then realized I could come here and do a PTR for our next trip, DOUBLE HOORAY!

I love the Epcot area; it's just so perfect! You're so close to everything and those resort are just beautiful. I cannot WAIT to go back!

What a beautiful place your Summit was! I hear you on how hard it can be with tons of people. I tend to be very shy and introverted, until I get to know someone really well. The family reunion thing would have stressed me out too.
Yippee!,:woohoo:Disneyland! Can't wait to hear all about it! What an awesome birthday present:banana:

It really was amazing; I think Matt and I will try to go back on our own just because of how wonderful it was. And yeah, the people thing was a little overwhelming at times, but we survived!

I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT DISNEYLAND!! I can't wait to spill more beans about it, too! It's really an amazing birthday present and I couldn't be more thankful. EEEEE.

Wo-Hoo on the DL trip!! I wish I was planning one! Can you pic me up on your way!?!? :rotfl2:

Looking at your dates the first few days you are there should be pretty low crowds. Friday crowds will start to get heavier and then the weekend will probably be a madhouse... I have 3 DL TR's in my signature (the first 2 are in one report... unfortunately I wasn't very good at updating my TOC.. :confused3) The second half of the 1st TR details my holiday trip!

If you have DL questions feel free to ask. I am not an expert but went 4 times Oct 2010-Oct 2011.

Woohoo is right! So excited! I'll just swing by and pick you up, no problemo! :rotfl: I am hoping it's low crowds. Unfortunately we won't be arriving until Thursday evening, since we'll be working that day then catching a later flight. So really, we'll have Friday and Saturday in the parks. I was hoping it wouldn't be TOO insane because of the time of year we're going, being before the holidays in early December and after Thanksgiving. But I guess I'll prepare for heavier crowds while we're there! I will definitely have to check out your TRs for your trips! I need to start reading up so I can also plan for that trip, too! :yay:

Hooray for Disneyland! I'm gonna come too, hope you don't mind.

Hooray indeed! I don't mind, the more the merrier! I'll just put you in my suitcase, no biggie! :goodvibes

:goodvibes

I know, I am remarkably excited about it! That's so funny you don't remember a ton about it though! I am so glad Trollie made it to you! You can totally blame me for your addiction (if/when it becomes one)... My collection is kiiiind of out of control. :rotfl: I'm still happy that you won and did so dang well on my game!! :goodvibes

Okay here I am, finally posting! So sorry I've been MIA, but we have been talking off the Dis and I have been keeping up with the posts! I have been SUCH a lurker the past few months. BUT! I am starting to get super pumped about my August trip and your January trip so here I am, back on the DIS!

OH. MY. GOD! I am so happy you are back; I missed you like WHOA. Obviously we've talked outside of the DIS but it just hasn't been the same without you! You should so be on here getting excited for your trip, which is SO SOON!!!!

Let's go to the zoo if I ever make my dream trip out to Seattle. I am so glad you two survived that sales summit. I was a little worried about y'all having to get up so early!

OKAY! I hope you come visit me some day! You are always welcome to come visit and stay with us!! And then we'll go to the zoo and have fun. Sound good? Good.

We survived, but god it was so busy and exhausting. I'm glad it's over, that's for sure!

Okay, the pictures are gorgeous, I was worried about your mental well being for nothing. How could a work event be stressful when you are looking at those views?

Hahaha, seriously, the resort was AMAZING! It made the whole thing way less painful, hahaha. It wasn't too stressful for the mostpart, but now back to work in the office and wah, it's kind of stressful. But we have a new person working who I've been training and soon enough things won't be so bad!

Sounds like a successful day with Amy, and I am dying to finish Moneyball. Andy and I rented it a while ago and it started skipping towards the second half of the movie and we never finished it!

It was a fun day! Such a bummer about not being able to finish Moneyball; it's SO GOOD. You must finish it at some point! I love that movie.

I am still so pumped about your Disneyland decision! :cool1: Your new shirt will be perfect to wear there! ;)

Welll I have YOU to thank for grabbing me such an AWESOME t-shirt! I can't wait to wear it, seriously! How perfect that I'll now own both amazing Up/Disney park t-shirts! You da best. :goodvibes

You know I love HM and NBC so I am so jealous of you two! Also, IASW will be amazing with the Christmas overlay as well.

EEEE I am SO excited about the IASW overlay! It looks so beautiful. Oh man I just cannot wait to go and take like 34084308345 pictures.

Feels so good to type a long reply for you like the old days. :goodvibes

I am so happy you are back and it was so nice to read your long comment. :goodvibes

I am in and reading along:thumbsup2

Those pics you just posted are gorgeous and your game was fun!

YAY! Thanks for joining in and reading along. Glad you enjoyed my dorky game, and my photos! You'll find that I sometimes both random photos of my real life stuff; I think it's fun and you get to know me and my husband way better, haha. Plus I enjoy re-reading my updates!

Anyway, thanks for joining and I hope to see you continue to post!

I love living here, it is amazing in the summer! Seattle really is wonderful, though the rain can get abit old in the winter. I also LOVE Fall here. I can't wait for it, really. I feel like Denver would be beautiful; I'm hoping I get to go there for work at some point!

And hey, we might get an NHL team here if they decide to finally build a new arena! FINGERS CROSSED!

I'm super excited for DL. I can't wait to finally get some time to research and really plan out our time there. This PTR is definitely going to see some action here in the next few months, for both trips!! :yay:

Yay for Disneyland!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have always wanted to see the NBC takeover of the HM!!! Please take many many pics!!!!

I'm glad that your jobs are working out well!! :thumbsup2

I'm glad that your jobs are working out well!! :thumbsup2

EEE I KNOW! SO darn excited, and very excited to start planning for it, and tell you guys all about it! And yes, I will take so many pictures you won't even know what to do with yourself! I can't wait to see the NBC takeover; it's going to be amazing. I have a feeling we'll probably try to go on that quite a few times.

And thanks, the jobs are working out well! It's been a bit stressful lately but it's still ten times better than my last job... plus I get to see Matt of course, which is a nice little bonus! :goodvibes

Unfortunately because of the number of SoCal AP holders all weekends at DL are BUSY! However... go at rope drop and have a touring plan and you should be fine! Do you know where you will be staying? (or did I miss that?!?!)

Yeah, I think as long as we recognize that it WILL BE BUSY, we'll be okay. :thumbsup2 We will definitely create a plan for our days in the parks, and I'm really really excited to start working on that!

I haven't announced where we're staying, buuuut I'm about to in my next update I'm posting here shortly! :cool1:

Ohhh my gosh, gang, I have so much to share with you! Seriously, I don't even know where to start.

Well, for starters, we spent the weekend down on the Oregon Coast in Cannon Beach. It was beautiful!

And for those of you who love The Goonies, when Mikey is pointing out the rocks at the end of the movie, we stayed on the beach where those rocks are, and the big one, AKA Haystack Rock.

We brought our dogs, Milo and Anya, as it's a dog-friendly beach and dog-friendly area in general.

We stayed in a really cute little rustic room, that reminded me of a nice cozy cabin.

We spent a TON of time just walking up and down the beach with the dogs, relaxing, enjoying amazing coffee and treats from a local coffee shop, and shopping in cute little stores.

It was EXACTLY what we needed, with work being a bit stressful lately. Of course, I have to share some photos with you of our trip!

Okay, so, fun mini-vacations aside... Yesterday was a very very special day in planning. I know, you're sitting there wracking your brain, wondering what could possibly be so important.. Ooohhh, I don't know... Maybe it was...

ADR DAY?!

Heck yeah it was. Which also means we are 6 months away from our trip! :scared1:

Holy cow, time is going by fast; I'm telling you, next thing you know we'll be a month away! I know September-January is going to FLY by, as we have tons of fun things going on in those months! :hyper:

Anyway! ADR DAY! So we invited Bruce and Amy over so we could chat about ADRs and make sure everyone was on board with our choices/times/days.

For now, we are all planning on doing our meals together. I wouldn't be surprised if this changes, but I think for the most part because Bruce hasn't been to WDW in years, and Amy never has gone, they are happy with going to our favorite spots.

But yeah, the stinkin' online reservation system wasn't working for us! :confused3 Wompwomp. It wouldn't let me link our resort reservation and basically wouldn't recognize our reservation as being within the 180 days +10 deal. :(

Annoying, but I guess it was a big glitch for other DVC people trying to book ADRs for their January trips as well today...

However, we could still call in our ADRs, so disaster averted, we figured it all out.

So after chatting about our days and loosely outlining our plans for each day of our trip (and trust me, our plans change like whoa, if you know us well!), we made the following ADRs for our trip!

Jan 18th Crystal Palace - Dinner*
Jan 19th Cape May - Dinner
Jan 20th Whispering Canyon Cafe - Dinner
Jan 21st Les Chefs de France - Lunch
Jan 22nd Crystal Palace - Breakfast**
Jan 23rd Via Napoli - Lunch
Jan 24th Kona Cafe - Breakfast
Jan 25th Teppen Edo - Dinner
Jan 26th Raglan Road - Lunch

*This is our current ADR but we're planning on changing to Be Our Guest. It's tradition that we eat dinner in Magic Kingdom on our first night, so even if Be Our Guest doesn't work out (BUT IT WILL, DARNIT!), we have an ADR for Crystal Palace.

**This is at 8:05am, the earliest possible ADR I could get us! After our nearly missing our 8:35am reservation last trip due to no buses coming, we will definitely be taking a taxi this time for our ADR, so we can also not run down Main Street for our ADR like we had to last time! :rotfl:

Sooo yeah! We basically got all of our times that we wanted. The only one we really had to adjust was surprisingly Whispering Canyon, which we had to book around an hour earlier than we wanted.

But I'm okay with that, because it'll just mean more time to play in Magic Kingdom that night (it'll be EMH, and the only night we'll get EMH at MK!)

It makes it so much more real that we now have our ADRs all booked. I may go in and tweak some ADRs once the system is working again... Mainly because the CM on the phone noted that it was our anniversary on EVERY SINGLE ADR. :scared1:

Um, that won't fly for Matt and Whispering Canyon, sooo I'll have to go in and probably re-book that ADR next week! :rotfl:

BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!

No, no, yesterday was a big day because we also...

Booked our room for our Disneyland trip!!

Now we're not staying on property, mainly because it's kind of impossible to do with DVC... because unless your home resort is the Grand Californian, it's really hard to get a room there at the 7 month mark.

And um, no, we're not paying nearly $500 a night for our trip to Disneyland! :faint:

It's funny how it's wwaaaay more normal to actually stay at a "good neighbor" hotel versus "on property" in Disneyland.

Weird for me at first when I was looking at where to stay, but now seeing that it's pretty much the norm, I'm a-okay with it.

So after chatting with Bruce and Amy and doing a little research, we decided to book a room at the Desert Inn & Suites.

It's literally ACROSS THE STREET from Disneyland, and we'll have a king size bed, and it's a good price per night... so we'll be happy campers, done and done!

We'll be arriving down at Long Beach Airport that Thursday evening around 8:30pm (assuming I book our flight through JetBlue because I have some extra points), and I'm sure we'll be getting some rest so we can be ready to go Friday morning in the parks! :yay:

Friday and Saturday will be our park days, and I think we're planning on getting 2-day park hopper passes, just so we can bounce from park to park.

I have a feeling we'll be spending a lot more time in Disneyland than California Adventure, but it's still nice to be able to walk back and forth so easily.

Our biggest goal is to do things in Disneyland that we can't do in Disney World. I can't wait to go more into the planning for this little birthday trip, but we're definitely starting to get some ideas of what we'd like to do while we're there.

We also recognize that it'll be busy since it's the weekend, but we're okay with that!

So yeah, a BIG day for planning BOTH of our trips! I am so excited for each of them in their own away; excited to be celebrating my birthday/first trip ever to Disneyland and then our anniversary in Disney World.

I'm sure I'll have more Disneyland trip updates here soon... I want to kind of start having a good plan of "must-dos" for that trip, just so that when we go, we both are on the same page about what we're really wanting to do versus things we're willing to skip because we'll see them in a month and a half in Disney World.

I'm just beyond thrilled that I get to start really planning for both of these trips; they'll be here before we know it! :)

**This is at 8:05am, the earliest possible ADR I could get us! After our nearly missing our 8:35am reservation last trip due to no buses coming, we will definitely be taking a taxi this time for our ADR, so we can also not run down Main Street for our ADR like we had to last time! :rotfl:

Can I make a suggestion? Have the taxi drop you off at the Contemporary and walk over to the MK. That way you don't have to wait for the monorail and then possibly run down Main Street despite taking a taxi!

Assuming the taxis still drop you off at the TTC, which I think is the case... :scratchin

I cannot believe you stayed on the Goonies beach!!!! That is so cool! Love that you could take the pups!!! The plans for both trips seem to be taking shape, yay for ADR day!!!!!

You know what's mean? Safari. It randomly refreshed my page in the middle of when I was typing your comment! Ugh, whatever safari... whatever.

OKAY... let's see if I can remember what I said!!

Your weekend sounds like it was so much fun! That place is gorgeous!!

I'm so glad you got to get your ADRs! I'm pretty sure that Be Our Guest will be easy to get if you call early enough! Hooray!

I'm so jealous that yall are going to Disneyland. The hotel sounds great! If I ever go I'll want to stay on property, but I do think it's totally normal not to!

HEEEEEEYYYY, YOUUUUU GUYYYYYYSSSS!!! This is all awesome!

I'm pretty much jealous beyond belief of all things posted. At least I can admit it. I want to go to the Goonies beach. I want to go to Be Our Guest (*TBD). And I want to go to Disneyland!!!!!!!! I'm not at all flexible, so I can't fit in a suitcase, but you could stick me in a box and ship me to your resort, maybe.

Hi!!
You guys have the best weekends!! Thats great you could take your pups! They were loving thw beach, thats for sure! I havent seen the goonies in years! I sort of remember the last sceen, i am definitely going to have find it and watch it again!
Yeah for the adr's and yeah for booking your DL hotel! I liked how you called it a 'good neighbor' hotel!! Lol, i like that term! I might have to start using it! The place you are staying sounds great.

I love the Goonies, so I'm super excited to hear that little trivia tidbit! Truffle Shuffle all day y'all. SO glad you two were able to relax and enjoy the beach. Looks like the furbabies had a blast too! I seriously need some Milo and Anya cuddles.

All of those ADRs sound wonderful. I second the idea to take the cab to the Contemporary and walk. What if you get stuck waiting for the monorail because of morning tests then have a huge wait for the ferry?! That could be disastrous.

My friend who is in Palm Beach wants to do a long weekend in WDW during January or February...How sweet would it be if I could make a day cross over with your trip? I'd love to see you guys and meet Bruce & Amy.

DISNEYLAND OMG. I am so pumped for you! You have to do all the things we don't have for sure. Plus POTC because theirs is longer and more compact in room size. I have way too many things that I'd love to go on about when it comes to your Dland trip so I'll just stop before this turns into a novel.

Ok I am caught up on all of your P.T.R's and T.R.'s so glad to be joining in on the fun!! :wave2:
Jennifer

OMG, thank you for this suggestion! I didn't even THINK about the whole TTC thing; just kind of assumed we'd be on our way to MK, but dur, nope. We will DEFINITELY be taking your advice on the taxi to Contemporary that morning and just walking over. Thank you so much for this because I can guarantee I wouldn't have thought of this and then we would be running down Main Street for our ADR! :rotfl:

See, this is why I love the DIS... Helping people out and preventing them from missing ADRs! :thumbsup2 :goodvibes

I cannot believe you stayed on the Goonies beach!!!! That is so cool! Love that you could take the pups!!! The plans for both trips seem to be taking shape, yay for ADR day!!!!!

Hahaha, and we also drove through the town (Astoria, OR) where the house is! It's pretty close to the beach we stayed at. And yes, it was great to have a little vacation with our puppers! They LOVED every second of it and were mega pooped when we got home.

Plans are starting to happen, yes, and I'm pretty happy about that! I'm just looking forward to getting even closer to our trips so I can plan out even more! Considering last year we booked our trip 4 months out, it's hard for me to still be so far away from both trips! :rotfl:

You know what's mean? Safari. It randomly refreshed my page in the middle of when I was typing your comment! Ugh, whatever safari... whatever.

OMG, I can't tell you how many times that has happened to me in replying to people's TRs/PTRs. It's the WORST! :headache:

OKAY... let's see if I can remember what I said!!

Your weekend sounds like it was so much fun! That place is gorgeous!!

We had lots of fun! It was a nice break from the usual craziness. This weekend my Mom is in town so we're taking her up to Mt. Rainier. I'm sure I'll share lots of photos from that. :goodvibes But after this weekend, we are seriously looking forward to just having our own weekends to ourselves with noooo plans!

I'm so glad you got to get your ADRs! I'm pretty sure that Be Our Guest will be easy to get if you call early enough! Hooray!

Same here! I hope BOG works out for us; we'd really love eat there. At least if that doesn't work out we can always go there for lunch and do the QS meal! I've just gotta keep my eye out for when reservations open for it! :cool2:

I'm so jealous that yall are going to Disneyland. The hotel sounds great! If I ever go I'll want to stay on property, but I do think it's totally normal not to!

I cannot WAIT! And yes, we wanted to stay on property until we saw the prices. It's like 500/night at Grand Californian! :crazy2: My hope is one day we are able to stay there through DVC points though! I hear it's really hard to get unless your home resort is GC, so we'll see. But yeah, most people stay off-property which is so different from WDW! It'll take some adjusting for me, I won't lie. :rotfl:

HEEEEEEYYYY, YOUUUUU GUYYYYYYSSSS!!! This is all awesome!

HAHAHA I just died laughing when I read this. I allllways say that, in Sloth's voice. It makes me laugh!

Well you should just make a trip on out and go to the beach and town where The Goonies was filmed then!

And yes, I hope BOG works out; I mean, it should! I am going to be mega on top of making reservations for that one.

And YES DISNEYLAND! I am so freakin' excited. But sure, just jump in a box and come on over! Granted we're staying at a smaller place because it's off-property, but we can make it work, right?! :lmao

 We have had some fun weekends, I must admit! This weekend we are heading up to Mount Rainier, so I'm hoping to have some wonderful photos from that trip! Our doggies looooved the beach, it's so great when there's a dog-friendly beach and dogs can be off-leash. Milo can't because he'll just book it, hahaha, but Anya can handle it.

Yeah, the scene with the big rocks in the distance, look for it!

Funny thing about the Good Neighbor hotel deal is that that's what Disney calls the off-property resorts! :rotfl: I myself enjoy that name!

Iam reading!!! Can't wait to hear more as your trip planning unfolds!

Awesome! I'm so glad you've decided to join! I can't WAIT to share more as we get closer and closer to our dates! :yay:

I love the Goonies, so I'm super excited to hear that little trivia tidbit! Truffle Shuffle all day y'all. SO glad you two were able to relax and enjoy the beach. Looks like the furbabies had a blast too! I seriously need some Milo and Anya cuddles.

I'm still bummed out I couldn't send you all of the photos! Reception down there was mega spotty, but at least you could see the ones I posted on IG. But yes, TRUFFLE SHUFFLE! The pups totally loved every second of it, aside from when Milo was hit by a wave. :rotfl:

All of those ADRs sound wonderful. I second the idea to take the cab to the Contemporary and walk. What if you get stuck waiting for the monorail because of morning tests then have a huge wait for the ferry?! That could be disastrous.

We will definitely be doing a cab to the Contemporary! I had a total brain fart and didn't think about how it'd take us to TTC, which I do NOT want to do! The monorails can't really be relied on, especially that early in the morning! We are definitely cabbing it to the Contemporary! :cool2:

My friend who is in Palm Beach wants to do a long weekend in WDW during January or February...How sweet would it be if I could make a day cross over with your trip? I'd love to see you guys and meet Bruce & Amy.

UMMMM can you please make this happen?!?!?! I would be SO SO happy to see you, not even kidding! Please keep me updated on this and if it happens I will do a little dance! :yay:

DISNEYLAND OMG. I am so pumped for you! You have to do all the things we don't have for sure. Plus POTC because theirs is longer and more compact in room size. I have way too many things that I'd love to go on about when it comes to your Dland trip so I'll just stop before this turns into a novel.

I know I cannot WAIT! I've heard POTC is way better in Disneyland, but Haunted Mansion isn't as good at WDW... BUT it will be amazing since NBC will be up at HM! :yay: Splash Mountain we will definitely be doing since it's my fav., but it'll be weird to do it not sitting together but behind each other! Also want to make sure we do IASW at night since the Christmas decorations are AMAZING for that. OH and Matterhorn, super stoked for that! Haha, I could go on here, but I'm sure I'll do that when we start planning our days for our trip! :dance3:
