Double Strollers and restaurants

Hi, all. I am hoping that someone could help me out with this question: Do they allow double strollers to be brought up to tables at restaurants in Disney?

We received a double stroller for Christmas and my 5 month old sleeps like a dream in it. (She is otherwise a difficult sleeper.) I was planning on just bringing our single stroller for our trip next week, but now I think that it might be best to bring the double -- this way if our 2 year old does get tired she can jump in it as well; plus, since my infant sleeps so well in it I want to bring it.

The one thing holding me back is wondering whether we will be able to bring the double stroller into a restaurant to eat if our infant is still sleeping. I would hate to have to wake her and if that is the case, I may go back to my original plan of bringing our single. (When DD#1 was 6 months, she slept in the stroller during 90% of our meals at Disney.)

Any advice or thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks!

Tara

Bump.

I guess that nobody has responded means that it probably doesn't happen that often -- which makes me rethink bringing the double. Hmm.

I may be TOTALLY wrong, but I think you can as long as the restaurant doesn't have an infant high chair. I'm going to be bringing our double, DD will be 3, and the new baby will be about 3 months.

I agree it depends on the restaurant- for table service anyway- some are small and kind of tight to have any stroller at the table- now counter service you can usually find something to just roll the stroller up to without a problem. You definately need a stroller for the 2 yr old- she will need it for sure our 6 yr old wanted to sit in the stroller a few times in Dec.- it is alot of long days of walking.

I have ALWAYS been able to bring my double stroller in without any problems. They usually seat us in a lower traffic area. Have done this even during free dining when the restaurants are packed. Disney is very accommodating. This was even with a BJ City Mini.

When we went in April 08, my DS was sleeping in our Graco Ipo. They would not let me bring it to the table. I think we were at Chef Mickey's.

I never bothered asking after that- especially when we started using the BJ City Mini double
