We are in the market for a double stroller, one that would be good for an almost three year old and a newborn that we could use for a few years....mainly for walking and our frequent Disney trips. Any suggestions?

I have a bumbleride indie twin and I love it. I bought it when my daughter was born and my son was 2. It is 2 1/2 years old and in great condition. I bought it because I live in a rural area without sidewalks and really needed the big tires.

It is a bulky stroller so it would not work for Disney. I am going to rent a city mini double when I go. I almost bought the city mini, but the small tires would not work where I live and take walks. I would look into the city mini. You can purchase the car seat adapter to hook onto the stroller so you can click the baby's car seat into it. I had this for my stroller and loved it.

I personally do not find big tired too bulky for Disney. I've used then every trip we've taken and plan to rent one for the next trip for my 6&4 year old. They are ten times easier to push if your kids are bigger - I know they aren't right now but if u picture doing Disney trips for the next 4/5 years, then I'd think long term. Dbl strollers are $$ night as well make sure u get the most use out of them! I don't find them any wider, etc. bigger wheels might take up more room in the trunk but for walking around Disney, they se awesome. And there are ALOT of ppl there with them.

We've loved the City Mini GT every time we've rented it for Disney; if my kids still needed a stroller at home, we'd buy one!

I have kids 16 months apart. Our 1st double was a Graco DuoGlider. It maneuvered well, but it was a tank. The rear seat reclined flat, though, so it was good for a newborn. Once the younger one was sitting up, tough, he didn't like the back seat.

Our favorite WDW double, though, was the Combi Twin Sport. It's a side by side, but it was very lightweight, maneuvered well, wasn't terribly wide, and folded decently compactly for a double. It doesn't have full recline, though. It does recline fairly far back, just not flat. It does have a compatible infant carrier/car seat.

We love our baby jogger city select with the double seats! It was between the city select and the city mini double. I think either are great and you can't go wrong with either.

Our children are spaced about the same as yours. We purchased and love our City Mini GT. Now that they are 5 and 2, it still works for us for long days. The 5 year old mostly walks, but if she gets tired she has a place to sit.

We are going to WDW this June with an infant. Our Joovy Ultralight Caboose is awesome and we love it, but it doesn't support an infant. We ended up buying a City Mini GT. I would second the opinions to go with the Baby Jogger City Mini doubles.
