We are bringing our 3 year old and 18 month to Disney in December. Any thoughts on the best double stroller for the parks? Thinking of renting the city mini but not sure if its too big for the parks. Any help would be appreciated.

We are heading down in December too! :) Have a great trip!

I have a city mini double. The last time we were at WDW, my twins were just turning 3. That stroller was perfect for them! I loved it. I would definitely recommend that one. However, all of the rental city minis look identical, so I would definitely plan on bringing some ribbon or something to tie on the handle bars to make your stroller easily identifiable! :) Even though my twins will be 5 this time, I am still planning to bring my city mini for days where we will be spending all day at the parks. I think it will help avoid meltdowns on late nights, and it will also be a great carrier for bottled waters and snacks!

I have a single city mini and it is smooth and easy to handle. I would guess the double is just as good which will be great for navigating through crowds. Very comfortable as well.

We rented the city mini double for our then 2 1/2 year old twin grandsons a few months ago and loved it. Even for grandparents (not used to strollers) we had no problem handling it, everything from pushing it to folding it to take on the bus was easy. Loved it!

We rented from Magic Strollers who own the Owner's Locker business, great people to work with.http://www.magicstrollers.com/

We have rented the City mini double stroller both times we went to Disney. It was very easy to use in the parks, fold up, get on and off the bus with. We loved it so much that we bought one.

We took our two umbrella strollers and bought connectors from Target. They allowed us to keep the kids together, but seprate the strollers when we were walking through more crowded areas.

I have a Joovy Scooter x2 and it was super easy to use in the parks. It's only an inch wider than a city mini double, but the baskets are soooo much bigger.

Last trip we rented a City Mini Double and loved it so much we purchased one when we got home! Super smooth, easy to push (and my 3 year old is 43 lbs, his brother 23...) and super easy to manouver in tight spaces.

Im going to be another vote for the city mini double!! we rented from orlando stroller rentals. It was great, they dropped it off with bell service the first day of our trip it was there waiting and picked it up at the end. I actually bought one because i liked it so much. So easy to open and close(good for getting on and off the buses) folds pretty thin. Lays back perfect for naps while in the parks or down time. Have a great trip!:goodvibes

OH and i never had a problem getting in and out of anywhere. It fit in all the stores all the turnstiles and was easy too push.

We have a baby jogger expedition jogger. It's slightly bigger than the city mini and we've never had any issues. Some of the doors or gates are a little tight but we can always get through. Makes a huge difference for the kids though to have a comfy place to sit.
