We are taking our 3 yr old and 4 month old to Disney in 2 weeks. We rented a single last year but they do not recline. Any thoughts on the best double stroller?

Thanks in advance for your help.:beach:

In 2007 I took my then 3yr old dd and my 3 month old ds to disney. We used an InStep Safari TT Double Jogger. It worked really well. We took it back last august and plan to use it again this september....(my dd will be 6 and my ds will be 2) Hope that helps.:flower3:

We bought this stroller specifically with this trip in mind. However, DD isn't fond of sitting in it and tends to push her twin leading to some very loud screaming matches between the 2 of them (and then big brother has to get his say). With such a young one, you may want to consider a tandem stroller (front/back) instead of side-by-side. We used the Graco DuoGlider until the twins were 1 -- it held their carseats as well which made it very easy for us to use. Unfortunately, when they turned 1 and were consistently SITTING in the stroller itself, they would kick each other in the back making it necessary to buy a side-by-side.

The biggest problem with the InStep Safari (that we've noticed) is that it's VERY difficult to get through doors -- it's considerably wider than our other side-by-side stroller. But it's also MUCH easier to push.

Good luck!!!!!

We bought a Schwinn double jogger. It is a breeze to push, both kids (4 and 2) love it, it has 5point harness and it fits through our front door (barely but it does) It also has a huge sunshade and a rain cover built into the sunshade :)

Yea those darn doors are always getting in the way!!!:lmao: Ya gotta hit 'em just right or you wont make it....I think I have mastered that problem....its just getting everyone else out of the way so you can acutally go somewhere....Im thinking of installing a horn. :rotfl:

If your not wanting to buy a stroller you could rent from www.orlandostrollerentals.com the sun coverage that the stroller will provide is awesome especially for the ages you have and the double offers a full recline plus its a lightweight stroller you can see video of it on www.babyjogger.com its the city mini. IF you are looking to buy you may want to check out ebay there is a store on there that has the mac twin strollers for 172.99 brand new it is just a 2006 or 2007 model.

We bought a Chicco Trevi Twin Stroller in October for our November trip. Our 5 1/2 year old and 4 year old used it most. Our 2 year old was in an umbrella stroller. It worked really well and held up nicely. If money is no object (it was for us) then Maclaren seems to make an excellent stroller also.
