Does anyone have any recommendations for a double stroller? We have 3 1/2 y.o. and a 1 y.o. I have looked at the Peg Perego Aria, but just not sure. I was wanting other parent's experience with double strollers and what they recommend or advise against. Thanks for any advice.

We don't have the expensive ones- Have Graco Duoglider (front to back), Graco side to side and a sit and stand- my kids are 3 1/2 and 1 1/2. The front to back is not good because dd in the back kicks ds in the front too much and it is hard to get her in and out now that she is bigger.
I like the side by side (sit and stand was hard to push)- they can get in and out easily and the weight is more distributed, rather than having to rip my shoulder out of the socket trying to push!

What I really wanted to say was if you have time, look at garage sales for a double- your kids are getting older and you probably don't really need one except for trips like WDW or a zoo or something. I got my side by side and sit and stand for $20 each at a garage sale. Now I hope nothing happens to them, but if it gets damaged on the plane or something, I am not out a ton of money for something I won't use often anyway!

Good luck finding something you like!

Thanks for you feedback. We also looked at the Graco side by side. I've been trying to find a used one but time I find one, it's gone! Sounds like you're happy with the side by side. I have found a used Peg Perego Aria but it's still more than a new Graco. I like the fact that Peg Perego is so light. I hate decisions!!! Any other advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If I could have found a cheap, lighter stroller than the Graco, i would have, but since I didn't that one will do. We do rent a car, so getting to and from the parks isn't too bad- we don't rely on the buses because it would be too hard to carry 2 kids and any stroller plus bags at night when we would go back to the resort.
Good luck on your search!
