Ive read a lot of suggestions to rent a double stroller to be able to put your kid on one side and your stuff on the other. I'm looking at possibly renting a CityMini GT double stroller for our trip for our daughter who is tall and heavy for her age. She is 63 pounds. The weight limit is 100 pounds for that stroller but does anyone have experience pushing that stroller with over 63 pounds on one side? I figured we would put our bag cooler and snack backpack on the other seat. I just wasn't sure how difficult it will be to push the stroller with such uneven weight? I really don't want to go up to the BOB double stroller because we used that last time for our 2 younger kids and it was so big and bulky. I'm thinking we may just do a single stroller if the CityMini double won't maneuver well.
