My kids will be 4 when we visit in December. (Yay!!)

Do you think renting one double would "do" for us. I'm thinking not all of them will want to sit the whole time. And if they do - the stroller seems pretty big. Opinions on this?

We were going to bring our double and single umbrellas, but I think the rental would be much more convenient for us.

TIA, Mari

We took DD when she was 4.5 and she rode in the stroller a lot in the evenings, on the way out of the parks and on the way to our room after getting off the bus (we brought our stroller). She is not a lazy kid, but she really got tired in the evenings after busy days. You know your kids best, but I know at 4 we still needed it at times. Have a great trip!

I recommend the double strollers at the parks. Last time we went our twins were 5 and 'the baby' was just under 3. We rented the double and brought the little one's single stroller. Since I was so used to pushing out a side-by-side double stroller with 2 heavy kids in it, I found it to be very easy to maneuver and use. They're comfortable enough, especially for 4 year olds who won't be in it 100% of the time. You could rent the double and then bring one of your singles. If no one is in one of the seats, use it for your bag. At age 4 they are going to need a break every now and again and y'know the way multiples work - when one sees it, everyone needs it!!

We took our triplets when they were 4 and did not use a stroller. We stayed onsite at the Polynesianand took breaks in the afternoon to swim at the resort. It worked for us.

I ditto about the renting the double and bringing your umbrella stroller. However, if you kids aren't very big, I saw a pic on the Dis somewhere that had a child around 5 and their dad in the stroller. He didn't appear to be a small man either. It might work for all 3 of them, no longer than they will be wanting in it.
