I was thinking that I could attach a sheet protector to the stroller somehow. Then each of us could design our own 8 1/2 x11 sign to bring with us. The stroller would be easy to recognize for each of us. What do you think?

Sounds like a great idea - the sheet protector could also be used to help identify it when being held at the desk or whatever for the next family.

Ok seriously cannot believe this is coming up so quick! Things have been so crazy for me that I haven't really spent much time thinking or planning this lately so it is defintiely crunch time!

I'm excited for you!!! We still have 6 weeks to go - in a way it seems SO close, but then so far away. I keep revisting my ADRs and wondering if I should try to change anything ... oh, the fun (and stress) of planning. Our trip is a surprise for the kids, and its getting harder as it gets closer to not say anything in front of them.

This will also be our first trip as a family and our first time every staying onsite. Dh and I went *years* ago before we had kids. We also took DD to AK when she was still 2.

I wanted to keep this trip a secret because I knew that DD would drive me bonkers asking how much longer till we go, etc. Plus, I thought it would be a really cool memory, especially for her. We'll see!

I'm out for my dates. DH is coming home early but that means no Oct trip. Thankfully he told me before MS closed yesterday since I was 1day from being inside the 30days window and losing our developer points!

Since there appears to be someone who can fill in that large gap in Nov, if I can get on the list from Dec 2nd until hand off on the 6th(?) that would be great. DH thinks the 3 middle kiddos will be happier if their feet aren't touching the ground at least for the first few days. We'll be at OKW in Dec and we are going 100%!

Geez, I just realized I'm going to have to start UNPACKING! Blech! That is a terrible chore when you haven't even gone anywhere! LOL

I am waiting on a few final folks if they are joining or not to see where we all stand OOP money. Then we will see where we stand moneywise to be sure it is fair. Myself and Doxxie have put out our own money to buy stroller and accessories and I do not want to see anyone out more than there fair share.

I totally agree... I would love to ride this out and see how many people we can get on board but ultimately I feel like we are in this together so it just has to work out to be fair to everyone involved.

Since the admins are not responding to the sticky request (I dont think at least) then lets just make sure that we are all doing our best to keep it bumped (but legit bumped) to the front page.

Rain cover should be here Tuesday, shade should be here by Thursday. I'll plan to ship both via DHL on Thursday directly to the resort. That way it will be there for use on Monday. If anything changes I'll post!
