Double Points on MyPoints.com? Nevermind....

I received an e-mail on 7/21/07 from MyPoints stating:

One Week Only
Double Points at MyPoints*!
July 25 to July 31

* - Double points apply to web offers at or below 6 pts per dollar. Email offers excluded.

So...I went to the MyPoints page today and I see nothing about the offer. No mention of the offer anywhere and the points per transaction are still the same (not doubled).

Does anyone have any info on this?

I just received a reply e-mail from member services at MyPoints stating that the double points are for MyPoints Rewards Visa Card holders only.

No wonder I couldn't find anything on the site about it.

The original e-mail on 7/20 made no specification. Sorry to get any hopes up for anyone that may have seen this post.
