Double FP with AP upgrade?

Let's say I start the morning by entering DCA to get FP for RSR. After that, I leave to upgrade the tickets to an Annual Pass. Am I able to re-enter with my AP and get another FP upon entry?

You should be able to. The barcode that was on the ticket won't have anything to do with the one on the AP.
