On prior DD they had some different items on the second day. The one I remember is that salmon was offered on day 2. At least that was the case in 2017 when we did a DD on the Dream.

I was pretty sure we had the same meal in 2000, also!

Mahi Mahi has always been available at Serenity Bay, we rarely eat at Cookies

Only difference I have seen since beginning DCL cruises in 2005……on stops during 7 night cruises they would occasionally have
“lobster patties “ at Serenity bay that were made from leftover lobster tails from the Captain’s dinner. That only lasted a couple of years.
