Double dip for the 01-21-07 Wonder

We are on board the 01-21-07 Wonder and are spending two WONDERful days, Tuesday AND Wednesday, at Castaway Cay. We were informed of the change when we checked in at the port. They are doing some painting work on the ship, so we have to go back again tomorrow The weather has been great, in the mid 80's today. Just had to share.

Now THAT would be a dream cruise for me. I have always said I would like more time at a great island. We love the beach and crystal clear water.

We're sailing the WONDER on Thursday Oh man, that would be great if we could go to Castaway Cay twice too!
How lucky you are! (Having done Nassau like, 12 times, we were going to just relax on the ship.) I love the beach!

I am sooo sorry to have missed the group meeting on the Wonder!
(I kept looking for people with LGMH's just incase I'd meet one of you by chance on the ship!) We're seriously planning the Western Carribean on the Magic next January. Have to wait until the DVC points come out on Jan 31, 2007!

We had an awesome time. My DH didn't get the significance of the double dip when we checked in. The CM and I explained to him that a double dip WAS a big deal!

I am at work... and missing the Disney Music. Gonna have to get some of that piped into our office.

Darn! My fellow attorney came back to the office today, and he told me about the "Surprise" double dip, but he did not mention or perhaps was not aware of the reason for it--so I was so hopeful that perhaps this would be the new practice. Now alas, I see this thread, and it was a double dip to facilitate some painting while at the dock. Sigh. And I had already planned what to do with the extra day in paradise (Castaway Cay) on our May 4 night Wonder.

Oh well, a day at sea on the wonder if a WONDERful way to spend the day.
