Hey, Look what I learned to do from the DISign Board!

On a different note: Grady needs your prayers and pixie dust sent his way. He goes to the dentist tomorrow to have some teeth pulled. He only knows that he has a dentist appointment, but doesn't know what is going to happen. The poor fella has never had a cavity and has only had his teeth cleaned, but no other procedures. We go to the Children's Dentist, so parents are not allowed in the back with the kids and I will not know how he does until they call me back. I did get him a special Pokemon game that he wanted as a surprise - to help him feel better.

Glad we Bought a Special Coffee pot.. I think it brews like 15 cups after it grinds the beans and you can set the times and all.. and We can watch the MK fireworks on the front porch

Trust me it was hard the first time! He has been going there since he was three and just walks in when they call him. Megan started last year. I always schedule their appointments together. Grady holds her hand when they're called and she does great. I'm not sure what will happen the next time they have to go in for a cleaning after tomorrows appointment.

Nope.. we are staying at our house on Friday and the following Saturday after the cruise...

If your offering up floor space, how about 6 more DISERS. Janet and I, My sister, her twins (10) and Our nice (15) We could have a real party.

Oh no back to reality, we are booked at the Hyatt too. I have stayed there several times and it has always been worth every dime. And it is a lot of dimes too!!!! Who else is going to fly in the night before and stay at the Hyatt? Maybe we can arrange a mini meet for dinner or breakfast the next morning. Maybe we can all get on the same DCL transport to the port. What do you think?

The shirt is awesome. Grady has all are prayers as do you because you may never get him back in to see the denist after this. I still hate seeing the dentist. Please let us know how it went. Lois

We are planning to book at the Hyatt, too! We need 3 rooms, but with military discount, not the worst I've seen. A morning meet might be hard with 3 babies, but I might be able to sneek away - same bus sounds really fun!

If we both get in early enough on Friday maybe we can meet sometime that evening. I am going to shoot to get in as early as I can so I can relax and begin my vacation on that day. My sister, her girls and our niece are also going to be there. Sounds like we have the start of something good. We can plan more when the time gets closer. Lois

"This is the start of something good. . . " Sorry, I couldn't help myself when I read that line in grandma4ever's post. If this makes no sense to you, well then you just don't know High School Musical the way we do!

Best of luck to Grady. I bet he'll do just fine. If YOU don't give him a reason to think he should be worried that is The newer procedures are so much less painful than they used to be. I admit my kids have never had to have teeth pulled (yet anyway--I had ten pulled when I was 12 and Marika's seem to be hanging on and refusing to come out much like mine did), but they have each had a cavity filled and thought absolutely nothing of it (I almost wished it had bothered them A LITTLE so they would be more inclined to not want cavities and encouraged to brush better). Make sure you get the teeth back to leave for the tooth fairy, and she can leave something a bit over and above for the circumstances.

We will probably be at Port Orleans for about a week precruise. But nothing is set in stone as of yet. I belive several of us are toying with the idea of going to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party that night ebfore the crusie. The party down at the Radisson sounds like fun though

Looks like we'll be joining you all on this cruise. It's me DW Deb and DH Grumpy John. It'll be our 18th wedding anniversary. We did our first cruise in Sept 01 and our dinnermates became good friends that we kept in touch with. Kat and Jim, it's also their wedding anniversary. We cruised with them again on the 11 night Southern Caribbean in Sept 06. They told us that they're doing this one and did we want to join in. They're also bringing their adult daughter, Aubrey, it's her birthday. So we have lots of celebrating to do!!!!!!! YEA!!!!!!!!

So far, I've only read the first page....looks like I've got a lot of reading to catch up on......good! It should be a lot of fun getting to know you all. Any special activities planned yet?

We're also doing a 4 night Halloween cruise and after we're doing the MNSSHP at World. Then we're doing the 15 night Panama crossing Western in May 08. Our halloween thread is pretty lame, but our May thread is loaded with great people that some have cruised together before and they're all Geeks!!!!!!!! The best kind of people. Our thread started around the same time as yours and now we're on page 1960. We're all very chatty. I'm looking forward to chatting with you all here too. I've told Kat about the DISers and I hope that she will join us on here too.
