Hi Everyone, I just booked my family for this cruise!!!

I was going to wait until our cruise this September to take advantage of the booking discount and OBC, but the price keeps going up up up!! It'll be me, DH and DD (who'll be turning 4 during the cruise). I'm trying to get our friends & family to join us, but they're so indecisive it drives me crazy! They don't see why I have to book so far in advance.

Now... I just have to break the news to DH that we're booked for 2 cruises.

I look forward to getting to know everybody in the next 18 months!!

I'm very excited. We are booked on a 12/8/07 DCL and we are having a Secret Santa exchange. So far I think everyone on Dis who are going to be on that cruise are ALL participating. Now I need to make or buy a really cool Fish Extender DH thinks I'm crazy because I already started to shop for cute little trinkets that I can pack in my suitcase to add to the other Dis'ers extanders. I think it will make the cruise a little more special to come back to your room and to see *surprise* you got a present.

I've never done this before so forgive me if I'm all giddy about it.

OK, what is a fish extender? and how do you add little surprise gifts to it? I have never heard of it before. Secret Santa sounds like so much fun...i wish we were going, but the kids don't have any days off that week at all. I would love to cruise during the holiday season.

You know the Metal Fish Mail holder attached next to the doors of all the Cabins? Well people make a pocket type thing and hang it on the fish. Picture a hanging plastic shoe caddie/ holder you can attach to a closet door. It's kinda like that. Let me see if I can find a link. I know some of the cruisers took pictures of theirs.

If everyone else has one, well, I want one too! But I should probably know what it's for first huh? LOL

Here is a Link to a cute Pink one. It hangs ON the fish that is already there. The pic is only a few posts down If you skim through the others, there are several extenders pictured for you to see what the heck I'm talking about.

I wish I was more Crafty Creative cause I'd so make my own, but I guess a store bough Stocking will do

That's what we are doing on the 12/8/07 cruise. It is a Secret Santa
But September will work well too !!!! Makes that cruise just a little more special

Haven't been around much but i just got all caught up. I've been away from the boards trying to figure out how to plan a trip to disney in CA and a mini cruise in sep/oct to tie me over until this one next year *grin*

I'd love to do an exchange! On my cruise last year we did a neat "tag" thing with a door sign. Everyone signed it and passed it on without being seen. It was so fun!
