Ok...I'm keeping score!

I am reserving my own vote until the very end as the tie breaker if there's a tie....but I did let Jason have a vote and he selected #4. He actually doesn't like the scroll versions at all. I hope people don't mind me giving him a vote..but he's payin' for the cruise so i figured it's only fair!

Seriously, though....those of you who are multiple cruisers under one screenname (husbands, wives, parents, boyfriends, girlfriends, partners, siblings, etc.) feel free to chime in with all their votes, too. If they're going to be on the ship then, as far as I'm concerned, their vote should count!!

Erik, you are very talented! It must be the name........my 2 yr old DS's name is Erik too spelled the same way! He is named after my grandfather.

Im undesiced so I will put my 2 LOL i like # 1 and # 4 (i like how you have the ice cream cones on the bottom.. sort of evens things out LOL)

BUT Im easy (E says cheap too LOL) so Ill go with whatever everyone picks!

Hi Erik--the consensus from ALL 4 (yep, 4 votes, stack that ballot box--maybe I'll send this post over to the in-laws and see what they have to say )of us over here is that we like #2 best, but we would like it even better if the ice cream cones moved down as on #1 (meaning we like how you tweaked the slogan but we also like the "balance" of ice cream cones on the bottom). We all prefer #s one and two to anything with a treasure chest (I kinda feel about the chest as Jason does about the scrolls ). If the consensus is for a chest, #4 is the best. Marika says to tell you that she didn't even want a shirt for the transatlantic because they were "pretty ugly really" but these are "quite nice" and she wants one with your logos on them. This is high praise indeed

Character shoes--a few people asked about this and then I got wrapped up in sick kid and never answered. Basically these are the clunky heels you see on women in just about any stage show. And Brandie, you were spot on on what Jazz shoes and ballet slippers are

OK, you do not really know me so I am going to let you know my flaw (sure I only have one LOL) - I am wishy-washy!!
So now - the vote:
I still love the discarded version shown with the ports on the scroll but on the deep red.

However, out of the posted options:
#1 with ports added to the map - I like the lowered ice cream cones. It could use the word "because" on the scroll.

#2 Also a good option although it was harder for me to read with 5 lines of text rather than 4 - again, I liked the ports on the map so maybe we could add that - since they are not on the scroll

#4 - that is the best of the chest options.

See, told you I am wishy-washy. I am the person on the jury that believes whoever spoke last. The person that agrees until I hear the other side and continues to flip back and forth.... It is really frustrating because I can not win an argument with DH - even when HE knows I am right! After we finish bickering, he says,"I can not believe you caved - you were right you know!!!!!" AAARGHHHH.

I guess I'm a bit late, but my vote would be for #4...I thought it is the one that looks "smoother". Excellent work on all designs tho!

Nobody's too late....I'm still fielding votes......although option # 4 is emerging as a strong lead in the competition.

If I'm counting correctly there are:

seven votes for #2
five votes for #1

(and with both of those there are some good suggestions about location of the ice cream cones and adding the ports to the map)

and

fourteen votes for #4


Now I might be inclined to even combine #1 and #2 since the two are SO similar and since some of the people who voted for #2 even said they liked it best but wanted the cones from #1 (which was really the main difference between the two....becuase the words on the scroll is an easy thing to figure out). HOwever even if we add those two together, we have a race of 7 people voting for a scroll option and 14 people voting for the treasure chest option (#4....which it appears is the clear winner among chest options).

So....clearly we all know from buckeygal's posts there are WAY more than 21 of us on this ship!!! So let's hear from the rest of you....what are your votes?!

While I am rather partial to #5 (of course) I choose to throw my vote at the best of the leaders to make sure it stays in front. I go with #4.

For the record, although my DS of 4 years old has no idea what he is looking at, he likes #5. He is still easy enough to trick without raising any suspicions.

The kids and I loved all the designs. Megan and I vote for #4 and Grady votes for #7 (He liked that the treasure looked real).

Eric - loved all the work you did. I am kind of out-of-the-loop and I apologize, but #4 gets our vote! Welcome to all the new people and once I get settled in Florida I will be writing more. This move thing really takes a lot out of you and is stressful. We already have some Disney Dining Reservations so that is making my life happier and meeting wonderful people like Eric for dinner. Cannot wait for this time NEXT YEAR!!!!

Have any of you ever stayed there or are any of you planning on staying there before the cruise? We plan on flying in on Thursday and I thought it might be fun to stay somewhere like this with a waterslide, lazy river and other activities (a little mini-vacation before the real vacation).

Any comments or opinions??

I just have to say that I think it's so awesome that the families are getting together to vote on the logo. I'm sure it adds excitement and sense of pride that your kids are helping us make such important decisions!
