Hey all. While choosing places to eat for my next trip (finally less than a year now!), I keep looking at menus and and thinking, "Oh, I want this...and this...and this...and this!" So far, I have a couple of restaurants scheduled twice! Yachtsman and Jiko.

Has anyone else done this, visited a restaurant twice in one trip?

Which Disney restaurant would you want to do twice in a trip (price being no concern)?

Sometimes we do Kona, but once for breakfast and then for dinner

I think we could do 2 dinners at Citricos. Or maybe the Cape May Buffet for dinner if dh really wants crab legs.

I could do lunch and dinner at Chefs de France too. We like it there.

Really there are so many places to try, once during a trip is fine for us.

Our visit a few months ago, we ate at Chef de France twice. It was not the plan, The DW did not want to do Les Celliers for lunch, so we cancelled and moved to CdF.

I would typically not plan to do this. I like variety. There are many good places to eat and I like to get as many in as I can.

While we have done a restaurant twice in a trip, we usually avoid that. There are so many good places to eat at WDW that there just isn't enough time. We try to mix it up and do some favorites and some places we haven't been to in a while on every visit.

If I were going to do a restaurant twice in one trip, it might be Via Napoli. or the Dolphin Fountain.

I don't see anything wrong with doing a restaurant twice in one trip, but with over 100 TS restaurants in WDW, there are way too many that I want to eat at to "waste" a dinner on a repeat.
Good Luck

We usually do Boma three or four times in a 14 night trip. A couple of breakfasts and a couple of dinners. We just love to eat there, both for the food and the atmosphere. We always try and do Beaches and Cream twice too. Yum

We have eaten at the same restaurant more than once, but it was breakfast at our resort. We do that for convenience. Other than that, I can't ever work in all the restaurants I want to try in a trip as it is. We've decided to take shorter trips every couple months this year. We'll probably go to Le Bistro more than once, but that's it. We won't repeat another restaurant, until we've eaten at all the signatures. That said, if you really like Jiko & Yachtsman, I don't see a reason not to go twice. If you haven't tried either yet, I wouldn't take a chance on being disappointed my first visit & not be able to get in anywhere else to replace the 2nd ADR. Odds are you won't be disappointed, but you never know.

The only table service restaurant I've ever repeated in the same trip is The Flying Fish. I've always had good meals & good service there and there's always a few things that I want to try. :cloud9:

I'm actually thinking of making ADR's for CP twice - once for breakfast to get those nearly empty MK photos, and the other for lunch on Christmas day.

Claire :)

For our Feb trip I currently have CP booked for both breakfast and lunch, Chef Mickey's for breakfast and dinner, 1900 Park Fare for breakfast and dinner, Cape May for breakfast and dinner, and Ohana for breakfast and dinner.:rotfl: Can you tell we have the DxDDP?:rotfl:

Last Dec I had ADRs for Le Cellier for both lunch and dinner. My lunch was so salty I couldn't even eat it, so I cancelled my dinner ADR on the way out and told them why. A few nights later when I supposed to go to Le Cellier I did a walk up at Flying Fish, even though I had just eaten at Flying Fish a few nights prior.

We've done Cape May Cafe twice before for dinner. (On one of those days, we also ate there for breakfast that morning).

DS13 can't get enough of that seafood buffet!

My all-time favorite Disney restraurant is Planet Hollywood. It is best to make a reservation ahead of time. Without a reservation there is around a 20 minute wait. I suggest anytype of chicken. This restraunt is also great for the excitment and activity. When I dined there at age 9 they rotated a camera from the ceiling and the footaged was streamed to the T.V. in Times Square.

DIS GURU :)

Second vote for Boma. They rotate their menus so you can get variety in the same trip. If you haven't been to Boma it is simply INCREDIBLE.

If you can get a night where they coconut curried pork on the menu you're gonna have a treat! It makes my mouth water just thinking about t

Oh we have done lots twice in one trip.
Jiko, Boma breakfast (we did that 12 times one trip), Chefs des France, Coral Reef, Ohana breakfast, 1900 Park Fare (but did a lunch and dinner in one trip), Captain's Grill (about 4 times one trip), 50's Prime Time, Beaches n Cream, Cape May breakfast, TRex, Rainforest Cafe, Tusker House (breakfast), Yak & Yeti. We have done all of those more than once in a trip.

Coming from Australia we do do longer trips to WDW (like 3 weeks), so we do have plenty of time to double up. But even if we were there for a shorter time, we would eat at some places more than once as we are big TS eaters, we don't do a lot of CS meals.

I would always do Boma breakfast at least twice if we could only do one twice, we just love that breakfast.

We usually do the DxDP and I sitll haven't tried all the places I want to....
But one year we already had CRT booked for lunch(my favorite since I was little) and decided to add a day to the beginning of our trip. So we booked another CRT for dinner during Wishes!!! One for dinner with the Fairy Godmother and mice and one for lunch with the princesses! It was perfect:lovestruc!
