Double check your CP package ressies!!

I posted this already in the Candlelight Processional Update Thread by zuluya, but figure I would post it as a new topic to make sure everyone sees it, and if the same thing happenend to them, to call back and fix it.

I made my CP package reservations for Marrakesh at 5:30pm for the show at 8:15. THE CM told me on the phone that tax and gratuity were included, however others on here have reported different things that were told to them by CM's when they made their ressies. Anyways, the amount that was being charged to my credit card wasn't adding up, and called back to ask them how they got that amount. Well, once I gave my PS number, they said, "and your restaurant is for Alfredo's, right?" Wrong!! The CM knew exactly what had happenend. Without trying to get too technical, she said when they book these packages, they have to choose your restaurant on 2 screens. Apparently, some CM's have only been booking them on one screen, and the other screen that gets left untouched, just so happens to default to Alfredo's. Anyways, she went thru and fixed it for me.

Just a heads up to everyone, and hope no one else had this same problem.

At your recommendation I called back. Everything was correct, but it does seem like they are fumbling a little. It is probably just because it is the first day of booking. They will probably all be pros by tomorrow.
