Thanks so much for posting, and for sticking with me through this journey.

Frick, you were right about the "part-time" job, when it comes to writing TRs. BUT, and I forgot to say this in my "closing remarks", I have really enjoyed writing this report. It was so fun to remember, and I am happy that I now have this written record so I'll never forget all the details! PLUS, I got all kinds of great pictures from my friends AND, all of the comments, from DISers I know and DISers I don't "know", truly warmed my heart and made me smile. And sometimes laugh out loud. This whole trip reporting thing is quite the ego boost. I encourage any of you who haven't yet done it to give it a shot! Just make sure you have time (or MAKE time) in your life to finish it

Just started your report, I'm at your first night at AKL. Sounds like it is going to be a whole bunch of fun with your DIS friends!

I have belonged to an online Moms board for 5 years now and a year ago a bunch of us flew to St Louis (only because it was in the middle of the US, wish we'd picked Disney!) to meet face to face. It is so exciting/nervous/fun to meet people in person that you have gotton to know so well over the keyboard.

I'm so sorry Ash, I've been a very bad Marine and haven't been here for over a month!!

So, I'm on the previous chapter

Illuminations and Jellyrolls were fun! Loved the pic's!!

Also, I regret because Gram, Gramps, K and I went right back to the POP that night that we never did get to say "good-bye" either! Oh well!

Ash, ITA with what you said about writing TRs. It does take time, but isn't it fun to go back and read it? You and Jay can read it forever (in word, I guess!).

People, if you think you *might* want to write a TR, just do it! We can never have enough Disney reading in our lives!

We also made sure to budget enough points to allow for a long weekend for the two of us to make a little escape each and every fall. I believe several of our fellow dorks are planning to join us. Woo Hoo!!!!

On another note, how does one FORCE one's husband to read a trip report? Should I sneak it into his school books? Should I hide it under his pillow? Should I use bribery, deceit, and other devious means?

It is tough. I know. I got Jay to read a few pages of Kimmie's on the plane down to the meet, and that was that. Have you tried the one suggestion you mentioned a little while ago? Or maybe Rhonda's "come into the bathroom for a sec" line? Anyway, we want you to sell Boost on the fact that, even though we are dorks, we are not dangerous dorks. So TRY, k??? Whatever it takes!!
