I'm at work today. I still have something brewing with the sinuses but I'm well enough to come in. I also had to bring a birthday/retirement cake in for a co-worker. I'm going to splurge and have a piece. The rest of the day will be low-carb.
Goals:
1. Meds and vitamins taken.
2. Water & green tea on my desk.
3. B = 1 piece of Sue's birthday/retirement cake - already gone.

The rest of the day will be 60 carbs or less. I won't change the number on my cheat free bear but I will be on plan for the rest of the day. Lunch will be a PB protein bar. Afternoon snack will be sunflower seeds. Dinner? Not sure yet.
4. Exercise? I'm still feeling this cold / sinus thing and am tired because of it. I think I'll take the day off and let my body heal. I will commit to a long walk sometime this weekend.
Only one week until my trip - I'm starting to get excited about it. DH and I have not had much couple time lately with all the snow and ice. He's so much fun to hang out with and we really have a ball together being silly and running around Disney like a couple teenagers.
The kids are whining about having my parents come and stay with them.

Oh well! My dad was a teacher for many years and tends to lecture.

I figure the kids will be so happy to see us when we come back that they'll behave like angels for a few days.

My parents really do think the world of my kids and I do think they will all have a good time in the end.
I did get on the scale this morning, and it said.....127! I don't know if I'm ready to claim it in my signature and change my clippie yet but it was great to see that number. I hope I can hang onto it until Sunday weigh in and until next Thursday on my birthday. If I see it again tomorrow, maybe I'll be ready to change my clippie then.
I'm a happy camper today - things seem bright and sunny. I'll be sending these good vibes out to all my WISH friends.
