Dora the Explorer

I thought you could meet Dora in Universal Studios but I can't find anything on their website to confirm it. Can you meet her?

Yes, you can meet Dora. She is part of the Superstar parade as well and makes visits to the Superstar Character Breakfast. You should be able to find the schedule on the daily map where it says Character Party Zone (this is the area beside Horror MakeUp Show and across from Mel's Diner). They will come out with their parade float and do a little dance and then sign autographs, etc.
