Door signs - Share your ideas / suggestions!!

Are door signs a good idea?? I have been told to make fun door signs or put disney magnets on your door (metal doors) so you and your children can spot them easily and just for FUN. The girls are very excited to do this.
My question...do they ever get stolen?? I was thinking to prevent theft of expensive magnets we would print off a personalized door sign and stick magnets on the back of it to hang it on the door.
Any suggestions, ideas or graphics that you would like to share would be greatly appreciated. 1 more month!!!

We used window clings on the inside of the window last year, so no worry about them being stolen. It made it easy for the kids to recognize our room without remembering the room number.

I might try something on the door this time as well. A laminated sign with their favorite character(s) might be cute.

I think it depends on the resort. I know at the Beach Club they asked my SIL to remove hers, and you generally don't see alot of door decor at the deluxes.The Mods and Values rooms open directly to the outside so lots of people decorate their doors and windows
