Does anyone know if the large weekender has been discontinued? My daughter is considering selling hers for the new, smaller one--but, she's just not sure!
Does anyone have both to compare sizes?

quick question, i was looking at the new large sketch tote on ds. the original large version had feet on the bottom, but doesn't look like this one does. has anyone bought this tote? any thoughts on how it compares to original large sketch tote? thanks in advance

Does anyone know how long the strap is on the retro print mini barrels? I asked ds.com in chat last week and they didn't have that info available. It looks longer than the regular mini barrels, but can it be cross body?

you are right, the photo does show feet. i hadn't noticed that , but it's also true that the description doesn't mention them. it's no use calling because i have never ever spoken to anyone there who has any knowledge of these bags at all.

Approx strap drop on the retro mini barrel bags ranges from 23.5" - 26.5" with 7 different adjustments, so plenty long enough for cross body wear.

I am interested in whether or not you can store folders/papers in it. I'm in grad school and my research is tiring. I'd like to have a nice bag to put it in to cheer me up a bit.

I have the Retro Tassel bag. It's pretty large. But I don't think you'd be able to fit folders in it and zip it. I do carry large novels in mine but the I leave it unzipped.

It can go cross body. I bought mine a week ago and that's how I wear it. It's perfect actually.

Me too! I have enough Disney Visa reward dollars already to buy a new bag and I really want a new print. And a new style wouldn't hurt too. I'm tired of the crossbodies and satchels.
