Here it is!
It's a lot bigger than I imagined, but that's ok; a big tote bag is ok when you have two kids.

I really like the placement of the characters. Before reading this thread, I never would've thought about the importance of it.

The credit card fob is smaller than I thought and the placement isn't as good, but what can you expect on something so small?

Okay....now which one will I buy on my next trip in January????

So I just opened my Charms letter carrier. Placement was ok, but the zipper is broken! I unzipped it to check out the inside, but now cannot zip it back. It appears there is tissue paper or something stuck in the zipper, which I tried to remove, but it still wont budge. I feel like if I pull any harder it will break. Because of this and the fact that I dont love the placement, I am sending it back requesting an exchange due to the faulty zipper. I am going to UPS it tomorrow- do I get reimbursed for my expense to ship it back given that it is a defective part on the bag, or am I stuck paying the shipping? So bummed right now!

Thanks for the advice. I called and they said they would send UPS to pickup the package and they pay for that, but it would take 3-5 business days just to get picked up, then transit time, and THEN once they got the package back, they would send a new one. I told them that was unacceptable as it would be likely over 2 weeks before I got a replacement if I did that. I asked if I could UPS pay it myself today and get reimbursed; they said that was fine but I would have to be reimbursed with a Disney giftcard which I said was fine because obviously I have no shortage of spending on Disney. So, I sent it back today UPS and it says it should get there by Monday, which hopefully means my replacement will be shipped out the same day. He did say he put a new purse on hold for me which they will send out upon receipt of the damaged one, so at least I dont have to worry about it getting sold out in the meantime. So frustrating but in the end, hopefully I will at least get better placement out of all this. The purse I got had too much Alice in Wonderland stuff- 2 mad hatter hats, a cheshire cat, and alice, and I'm not really a fan of that movie. Plus, it had 2 steamboat willie's, which I like, but they were awkwardly placed on the front of it, very close together. Overall it was just ok, so maybe it was a blessing that it was broken and I have to wait for a new one.

I ordered on the 19th and got the bag on the 23rd.

Mine came from Memphis to Maryland

Mine is from Memphis to New York City .. Funny thing is I will be in Tenn. next week but in Pigeon Forge ( Dollywood ) I would have driven to pick it up !! LOL

No it does not zip, it has a magnetic closer

The more I look at the buttons cross body I got during the 25% off the more I like it. At first I thought the colors were washed out compared to the photos we've seen but now I think they aren't overly pale after all. I am thinking I will keep it!

Hi guys~ I am kind of new to the Disney Dooney thing and have a question for you. Do you register your bags? Sorry if this is a dumb question. And what happens if you do? I bought my first bag at the beginning of June(Balloon Mickey-Susanna) and I just bought a Charms Wristlet last week with the sale. I never registered my first bag and now wondering if that was a mistake.

My first Disney Dooney is on it's way !! UPS says it is in the truck out for shipment today !! I have two small Dooney not Disney bags but so looking forward to this one !!
I also just discovered an outlet store not too far from me for regular Dooney bags !! WHOOOO so excited to go this fall !! Now I was a Coach girl for a very long time but their customer service has really been lacking and their outlets are way better then the stores LOL !!

A friend of mine has a Series 1 Sketch that is starting to yellow a bit. I thought I remember seeing a solution to this on here awhile back, but can't seem to find it now. Any ideas? Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm going to join the fun here. I just got my Mickey Mouse black and white striped tote bag today, and love it. I love the number of compartments and the size! I'm sure it will become a favorite. The only other Disney Dooneys I have are the tonal crossbody bag which I also love because it holds all I need for a day in the parks and a tonal wristlet. I only use those on our trips to WDW. It will be interesting to see if I become so fond of this new tote that I take it out in "public."
