Dooney & bourke Disney collaboration part 2

This is the bag I want to use as a baby bag. I'm 14 weeks with baby #2 and I don't know what I am having yet. But I think this bag is perfect for whether it is a boy or a girl. My husband thinks it's more for a girl baby but I don't see it. We are going in the end of January so I hope to pick this bag up at the park as my souvenir unless I happen to find another one I like better.

I think this'll be a great baby bag for either. I actually kept the little boy standing behind me in Staples occupied during the back-to-school rush with mine. He loved seeing all of the disney things!

I had this happen to me too with my tassel tote sketch while waiting to check into a hotel on Catalina Island. The little boy and girl in lin behind me kept poining out all the things on my purse.

I checked at both Vault 28 and WoD tonight and no denim writing or balloon bags yet. I believe DL was a bit behind WDW getting the colored sketch bags too though. I bet the new ones will be in by the time you get here.

Yep, a checkbook wallet in the DL 55 pattern.
It's a bit pricey at $175, but it's very nice! I'll take a few more photo's and put them up on the facebook page.

I have the tonal wallet but I would love the DL 55 pattern to match my purse. Shoot, I really didn't need to see that right now, LOL.

The new styles/designs are cute too, but nothing that I am drooling over. I'm still waiting patiently for a backpack.......

So, is the checkbook/wallet in the DL 55th anniv pattern new? Maybe that means a similar item in the sketch pattern is coming? I hope so. Is the DL one only a checkbook or does it have slots for credit cards and pictures, like a wallet?

Okay, so I think of the new bags I like the black balloon drawstring the best. But I'm thinking the print is a lot like the Dooney Hearts print from a few years ago that I used for probably a week and then let it sit in the closet until last month when I used it to take advantage of the Dooney trade in program. I don't know what ever possessed me to buy that bag. Out of the Disney Dooneys, I have the original sketch Cindy, the Wonder Mickey tassel and the Mickey sillouettes Champ style and I have to say I have hardly used the Champ. So I kind of feel guilty even admiring the ballon drawsting.

Light blue sketch LC (great placement IMO - 2 full mickeys and castles, 1 full tink and wdw logo) and navy blue faces pouchette. I was very lucky on the pouchette that I purchased it on the first evening of our trip - ended up being the last day of the 30% discount

I am wondering the same thing. I kinda like it (blue more than the pink). I'm hoping DL has it so I can see it in person when I'm there on the 27th.

Me too! If they came out with a small backpack style bag I'd probably buy it even if I wasn't crazy about the pattern.

Yep, the wallet just showed up over the weekend. I have no idea how many they got in, but as of this afternoon there was only one left. Crazy huh?

yeah i really hope that they go up on the website! i was hoping they would be there today. i learned from the vinylmation forum i use that disneyshopping puts new items on their site at 4 am on wednesdays

Did you happen to notice whether the new colored letter carriers had leather trim along the top of the outside pocket?

Someone on the facebook page mentioned that was a change on the new ones. I wasn't observant enough to pick up on that little detail, but I do remember thinking something was off with the ones I looked at the other day. I bet that's what it was.

Those are nice; didn't see them last week in WDW. I picked up a LC in blue from Trends at DTD. Hopefully when I'm back I'll get a tote.

I'm pretty sure it's just the picture.

The letter carrier on the right is mine, but since I don't like the new ones without the leather trim as much, I won't be buying one. So I borrowed the picture of the one on the left from e-bay.

The way I spliced the pics together it does kind of look like the LC's are actually side by side - they're not.

The picture on the left is really a better representation of the color. I think it has an antique-y feel. The flash makes mine look lighter than it is.

Ohhh, thanks for the link to the pictures (I need to join that group, LOL). That is the 55th anniversary purse that I have too so I love seeing the picture with the wallet inside. I'll be at DLR this weekend so I will check and see if they have anymore of the wallets. I may buy it and then have DH wrap it up for me for Christmas
