Dooney & bourke Disney collaboration part 2

My husband's friend is going on a Disney Cruise this fall but he can't be trusted. He would just take our money and then spend it. Then not only wouldn't I have the purse, I'd be out the money too. I really am not that interested in the DCL bags anyway. I like that it has so many of the characters but I like the original sketch print much more.

Just saw that one.. I am now hoping that since disneyshopping.com is selling the disney dooneys, they will also offer the cosmetic bags as well. I have yet to use mine, don't want them to get dirty

When I showed my DH the purses he actually said "It'd pay to go on a cruise." I think part was said in jest, but he'd jump at the chance for us to go just the two of us. Just thinking about Palo and the hammocks on Castaway Cay...I wound up getting the wristlet on ebay, memories were too strong to not get it

DH is warming up to the idea of the Disney cruise and I mentioned it to the kids and spun it as being more fun to be with grandma & grandpa and that we would bring him a souvenir and not visit the characters. He said he would be OK as long as it was chip & dale dressed in cruise wear!

Good luck! It's so funny, we went on our honeymoon and there were times where we could hardly tell it was Disney. I was just easing my DH into the "disney thing." It worked! We haven't vacationed anywhere else since. I hope you're successful!

OK I was following this thread but just saw something recently about it being sold out - I know it's annoying but don't have time to read back all the pages (read back a few) - do they have the white sketch pattern at the WDW parks now? We'll be there 5/27 to 6/4 and I want that to be my big souvenir! Will they have it, do yall think?

Quick question ... as I was reading through I noticed some people mentioned the "Cindy" tote, which one is this??

Also, as many of you already have several of these, I'm wondering if the wristlet fits comfortable inside the tassel tote? I would use it maybe in lieu of a wallet since they don't make a matching one. Or maybe there is a non-Disney Dooney wallet that sort of coordinates, any opinions??

Does anyone know what the store price of the medium mickey face navy & white purse? It's on ebay for around $75-$90. I'm going to wdw in a couple of weeks, but if the mark-up isn't too bad, I'd almost like to go ahead and order a bag online so that I don't have to worry about packing it in my luggage at disney.

I have searched all over the internet though and cannot find a matching wallet, does one exist? Also is the wristlet just like a very small purse/cosmetic bag or could that function as a wallet? TIA

No matching wallet, but I use the wristlet as my wallet in the sketch tassle tote. I have a small change purse inside of it to hold coins and it holds my cash and cards perfectly. It fits great with room to spare.

Post #23 in this thread has a list of all the styles and prices. I think that the bag you are refering to is $60 at the parks.

Oh, I keeping buying more. In fact, as of now, these are the only handbags I have been using. My sketch1 cindy tote, and the black mickey tassle tote. The rest, are in dustbags, in my closet. Have yet to use my blue mickey bag, think that one is next. Yet, here I am hoping for a new design.

My brother's going down over Memorial Day and I'm trying to figure out what I want him to look for. I swore to myself after buying the cruise wristlet that I would stop and yet it seems I can't. I've been selling stuff on ebay with the goal of putting that money toward a new bag. Of course being on ebay all the time makes it so easy to keep checking what gets listed. I need to find something else to keep me busy!
