...that there was a way that the Official Disneyland Paris site had a way of remembering your details so that you didn't have to input the amount of guests and input the kids birthdates every time you visit for a quote?

Obviously, there would have to be the facility to change the details if required i.e. if there are additional guests etc, but it would make it a whole lot easier when I visit to get the price of various weeks when the various offers come out!!

I think it dose if you register under the My Disneyland section of the site and then log in. You can then save your quotes under the My Travel Wishes section.
