Don't you hate when no one replies to your threads?

I hate whenever I post something on the Community board, and no one replies to it, but just looks at it. It makes me feel stupid like people are thinking 'what was she thinking when she posted that'. Or if I post to someone elses message, and then no one else posts after that. It's like what? Did I jinx the post? I posted this message about my dog being sick, and then Doc Rafiki, is like a month is too long to have a 'cold'. I felt stupid when she said that, b/c it seemed like she thought I can't take care of my dog. He seems fine, but I mean, it really hasn't been a month, and it's not something you notice right away. And he can bark fine (I'm noticing this now because he is barking to come back into the house and its driving me crazy, but I don't want to let him in! That's all he ever does, bark to go out, bark to come in, bark to go out, bark to come in.)


uuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... Anyway, I just hate it when people never reply to your post, or you really dont like their answer. I'm going to go let my dog in.

I know the feeling. I've had a couple times where I posted something and nobody responded so I kinda figured they must have thought what I said was stupid! And you don't know how many times I was the last person to say something on a thread!

No one there responds to my post at all! If I post to an existing thread the thread seems to stop being of any interest to any one and it falls off the face of the earth. I really dont like the feeling of being ignored either! It's like they dont see my name around there much so why even bother looking at the thread!

On a diferent note......
i'm not trying to take away from the DIS boards or anything but my true disney message board home is here: http://forums.wdwmagic.com/ come join! We could always use new members and the crowd there is really friendly too. LMK if any of you teen DISers join!

I just joined that WDWMagic site just now. I'm also part of the Disneyclipart.com message boards, umm, the olp one, and the blessings buddies. My real 'home', though, is the DIS. I feel like I know everyone here better

I hope you do not feel badly about the post on the Community Board.

One thing to remember, is that the Community Board is a very busy board, and that posts can go down the list very quickly. It may just get lost in the shuffle, and if you do not get a reply, feel free to bump it back to the first page.

Remember also, that a lot of people like reading the posts but do not always reply.
It does not mean that they do not enjoy reading, or find the topic boring.

Hope you remain an active part of the Teen Board, glad to hear you feel at home here.

Don't worry guys! Just because some just read your posts doesn't mean they didn't really like it, but maybe they really didn't have the time to reply- that happens to me a lot! But like we ALL have posts which no one answers too and ALL could be considered members of the Dead Posters Society (haha anyone remember that on the CB a LONG time ago?). Just don't worry!!

P.S. Kiki- glad to know your dog is doing better!
