Is Darth Maul even at HS anymore?
I'm really hoping he is because all I see are Kylo Ren and Vader on You tube.
Vader is King, of course and Kylo is ok but Darth Maul is just ridiculously cool - Kylo doesnt even comer close, and honestly I know my son (and me, lol) will be disappointing not to see the King of Rude there again.
I remember a funny story abut the first time we "met' Darth Maul...
When my kids were little Son-7, Daughter-10) I took them to wdw for the first time in 2006 and this Darth Maul was ridiculously good. We got lucky because there was a long line to see Darth Maul and the sign said he was on a break and wouldn't be back for like 40 mins so I decided not to wait in the sun that long. But while we were standing behind the building in the shade, trying to decide what to do next, he came out of the back of the building on his way to wherever he was going.
We were standing right on the path he was taking lol. My son and I saw him coming and we were so shocked we just stood there with our mouths open. But my daughter have her back to the building and didn't see him so shes just there rambling on about something while he's coming up on us. He just stopped directly behind her and stood there frowning at the back of her head, waiting for her to move haha! It was like that for like 30 seconds- she's babbling on... me and my son standing there with our mouths gapping... and Darth Maul Mad Dogging the back of her head lol.
Then she finally realizes me and my son aren't responding to her and are just staring at something behind her and she turns around...and Darth Maul teeth are like an inch away from her face hahahahahaha! She yelled so loud and must have jumped three feet in the air lmao! Never forget that day- it was epic lol. I got a good picture of her at the moment she turned around which I still use to embarrass her haha
The actors who play Maul are good everytime we've seen him so I hope Disney didn't decide to push" their newer, gentler bad guy and muscle out the original gangtser :-(
We're going in a week (March 5-12) and part of what we look forward to is Darth Maul- and of course Vader..and sure, Kylo too, why not.
