Don't Panic...

...if you don't see your towncar driver waiting for you in the baggage claim area at MCO. Prior to our trip last weekend, Happy Limo had sent an email warning us that if our driver was not there waiting, we should just call after claiming our bags. The parking area for the towncars/limos is VERY limited, so if they cannot get a spot, they will have to wait elsewhere and cannot leave the vehicle to come in. We called and our driver was there within minutes. We took American, and the towncar/limo spot is A6. The MCO traffic controllers were letting buses park in the towncar spots, but they just pulled up right behind the bus and we were on our way! I'm sure any of the towncar companies might run into the same parking situation--I'm not sure if they all warn customers ahead of time, but if not, don't panic...just pick up the phone.
