Question: What are the top three rides in either US or IoA for the average male teen to do who like wild, cool rides?

What are the top three rides in either US or IoA for the average middle aged Mom & Dad who can do moderate rides but who might lose their lunch on too wild rides? :rolleyes1

And perhaps throw in those rides that the middle aged Mom & Dad SHOULD NOT try if they are prone to moderate motion sickness......

Thnx!

Teen at IOA:
1. Hulk
2. Dragon Challenge
3. Spiderman

Parent at IOA:
1. Any Suess ride
2. Popeye
3. Jurassic Park (big drop, but you should be fine)

The rides listed for Teens, you cannot do if you hate intense rides or get motion sick. You probably will also not be able to do the new Harry Potter ride. That probably will rank right with Spiderman on what a teen will want to do.

Teen at Universal:
1. Mummy
2. Rip Ride Rockit
3. Simpsons

Parent at Universal:
1. ET
2. Jaws
3. Disaster (maybe Shrek, but that's not a ride)

You will not want to do Simpsons with motion sickness. MIB spins a few times, but I think you'd be fine. You should also be able to ride Mummy. Its really not that intense. Think Space Mountain, but faster and shorter. Rockit is probably out of the question for you.

For the top 3 Wild Rides

1. New FJ Ride at WWOHP
2. Hulk
3. Dragon Challenge

These are all at IOA and are great thrill rides for the coaster lover.

For moderate thrill rides check out the Mummy, JP River Adventure, Ripsaw Falls, and Spiderman. I just would not eat anything prior to go on those. DH gave DD a hotdog and then decided that was a good time to go on Spiderman for her first time. Yeah, not a good combination....she was green the whole ride and then hated it after that. We got her to go back on it with her cousin later that afternoon and then she loved it.

Simpsons has given people a tad bit of motion sickness as well as the new FJ ride over at WWOHP.

I would look through the boards for some experiences people have had with the rides. DH and I love about everything and even DD is a big thrill seeker at 7. She is really excited she is going to be big enough to ride the Mummy and FJ this year.

Thanks for the thoughts!! Anyone else have some ideas of what teens SHOULD do and what parents SHOULD NOT?

Teens will enjoy and parents will not enjoy...

Hulk
Dragon Challenge
Rip Ride Rockit

Just to note that all rides at IOA/US are more intense the the Disney equivalent. Even Jimmy Neutron shook up my wife.
