I'll be there during Food and Wine, but I'm a bit confused about it- are there extra kiosks set up? What exactly IS it? And thanks for the suggestions, but we're all a year short of legal.

I second Beaches and Cream! BEST Burgers you'll EVER taste!

There's also a yummy little counter service at Mexico. What you don't spend on food, you could use to get Frozen Margaritas!
(if you're over 21 of course!)

I'd go with Fish and Chips in the UK or something in Cantina de San Angel (Mexico)

All-year round, Epcot has regular counter service food in the World Showcase, where you do not sit inside a restaurant in the different countries' pavilions.

For the Epcot Food and Wine festival, Disney has setup even more food booths along the perimeter of the World Showcase, especially for this event! (This event is every day, from park opening to park closing times.)

You just walk around and find a booth for a country that you want to try (the short menus are always posted on the booth along with the $3-4 prices that you pay before you get the food.)... We like that this food is fresh and prepared by the chefs in the table service restaurants, so this is some quality stuff! It's not fast food in that sense. The cool part is that you can sample food from different countries really easily, eat well and not spend a ton of money.

If you like Mexican food, and you haven't tried them before, MAKE SURE you have the Chilaquiles from Mexico! Chilaquiles have melted cheese mixed with large squares of fried/baked tortilla (unlike how the name seemed to sound, it is NOT spicy in that way) Woo-hoo! They are so good that we ended up finding a more authentic Mexican restaurant (than Taco Bell or Chevy's) in Chicago because we missed eating Chilaquiles the rest of the year when we weren't at the Food and Wine festival. Yummy, yummy and yum - don't miss those.
