Ok, so these are awful photos, but I just snapped them real quick in the bad lighting in my room, but here is the penny book we got at Disney, I think was like $12... and even if you plan to do a craft with the pennies afterward these are great for carrying them around in Disney!

You can punch holes by using like a sickle type tool and a hammer!! Pretty easy! They sell small versions of those type of tools in the jewlery making sections of craft stores!

hello PTR friends! I feel like I've been ignoring this poor little PTR, but really there just hasn't been much trip planning going on. So, since I feel like a neglectful parent, and you know I can't handle any more parental guilt!, here's some random stuff.....

I don't dig the music, but I love the words! Don't get me wrong--i really like all the princess movies, but appreciate merida and mulan and tiana and elsa who don't wait for a prince to "save" them. I especially like when Elsa points out to ariel that she gave up her talents for a guy. Love Elsa!!
And--I just put pandora on my phone. Does anyone else use this? I was wondering if there's anyway to play stuff over. I searched Disney and we've been listening in the car and marking what we like. Sometimes though the girls want to hear a song again but there seems to be no way to "rewind" or play your list again. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? And is there a way to add a specific song to a playlist? Why is technology so hard?!?
So I'm washing a bunch of fabric as I'm typing this (laundry=very exciting PTR update I know!) and plan on doing some sewing this weekend. Hopefully I'll have some pictures to post next week!

we use pandora at work, not sure if it's the same on a phone....but you can't listen to a song again. You can do the "thumbs up" and it will play it more often on that station and you can skip a song....don't know if this helps at all...

I love Princesses who don't depend on men too! You just want to say "you go girl!".
I find that Pandora really is like a 'radio' and you are not really able to control it much. I switched over to Spotify instead... but there's a monthly fee..but you can use it on ANY devices and as many as you want (phone, laptops, computers). I pay and have it on my work computer, my home computer, my hubby's laptop, my iPhone, my eldest DD's iPhone & hubby's iPhone.
You can make playlists, find any song, and repeat at ease. It's 9.99 a month but first month is free to try it out- so it doesn't hurt to try it.......
although, i have to say that reading your PTR is making me sick with jealousy! i wish i was committed enough and motivated enough to do a Disney run and join you and your runner girl friends! i walked a half years ago and HATED it! but i admire you all for being so awesome and doing all these runs!!

so I did spend a good amount of time sewing this weekend. But, I'm not going to post any pictures yet. I was making rompers for Terri's (denovagirl) daughters. I want her to see them in person before I put any pictures up. I still have to make Easter dresses for the girls and dresses for Madison and her friend--they were in desperate need of matching dresses apparently!
no Disney sewing yet--mostly because I can't decide what to do for Anna and Elsa dresses for the girls. There are too many good ideas online and I keep falling in love with every one I see!
