Don't give up on ADR's!!

We just got back from a great trip from December 28 to January 6. I am a firm believer in making ADR's, but this was a last minute trip and we had to wing it. Every restaurant we walked up to got us in. This is the most busiest time, too. We even got Chef Mickey's on New Year's Eve.

Our Walk up restaurants were Chef Mickey's dinner, 1900 Park Fair dinner, O'hana dinner, Garden Grill, Yaki and Yeti dinner, Kona.

Those were all the restaurants we wanted that I couldn't snag an ADR for before we left. We just walked right up and in we got. No problem and no wait. I was really shocked. So, don't give up on a restaurant if you really want in.

Thanks for the encouragement. Only 2 days until I make my ADRs and hoping for some pixie dust that we get most of the ones we want.

I didn't get many of what I wanted either. I was discouraged. But when we arrived and we tried 1900 Park Fair and it worked, we just kept trying at the other ones and we got in. I was shocked. I was calling too for ADR's with no luck while we were there. The only thing that worked was walking up to the restaurant and asking.
