Poor little Meg looking like she doesn't want to ride Test Track. I'm glad she went through with it. Love the Simba topiary!

Meg didn't want to ride much of anything!

Simba is soooooo cute---One of my all-time favorites!

UGH I can not stand the last day and packing up the car!

It's just so depressing, isn't it?

I love TT so much. Keeping my fingers crossed that Cooper gets to ride it in 19 days!

Well, actually, Jackie, I started it on March 26---over five weeks ago. Of course, that is short here by DIS standards!

Those topiaries are just amazing... especially the ones with "hair!" The variety of organic material is astounding.

And just look at those teeth on Stitch!

Yes, Kathy, the time is upon us! Truth be told, it's getting a little TOO crazy for me to keep up with my PTR, this TR, and knowing that I'll be in Disney in 2 1/2 weeks..................Well, that just pushes me over the edge!

Since I am down to 2 1/2 weeks until my next trip, I thought it best to finish up this trip report. The next couple of weeks will be busy with the end of school, and making preparations for our May trip.

My husband, Kevin, and I have been going to Disney World since 2001---nine trips in all--- and since then, this is the first time I've been without him. My sister and I, along with our kids, had never taken an overnight trip with each other!



Here are some random thoughts, in no particular order:


1. Popcorn in one of those cute souvenir buckets just makes me happy.

2. Don't fuss too much at your child when they pick out an expensive caramel apple at Goofy's Candy Company----It will be one of the best tasting treats you've had!

3. After you have older kids, you forget what it's like to travel with small children. They operate on a totally different schedule than older kids.

4. The Animation Academy at DHS is so much fun. It is now one of my family's favorites!

5. Counter service from Mexico is just the sort of Mexican food my kids like!

6. Spring break weather can be hit or miss---carry a jacket and shorts!

7. Just as sure as you don't carry ponchos, it will rain!

In all seriousness, I had a lot of fun traveling with my girls, my sister, and my niece and nephew! We all love Disney, so it was fun to share a trip to one of our favorite places!

YES, same here! We did it a couple times and it was a lot of fun.

The F & G topiaries are so pretty! I really enjoyed them last year!! It amazes me what Disney can do sometimes.
